Visited Sickla Sauna solo and it was an incredible and memorable experience. The owner was kind and made the process seamless. The sauna was well designed and had a beautiful view of the lake and you could see stars at night. Loved that you could connect to the bluetooth speaker and enjoy music in the sauna. Highly recommend for anyone!!

We absolutely loved this sauna experience! The host was easy to communicate with and very friendly. The sauna was in a perfect location, it was very private and so fun to be able to swim off of the dock as well. Everything you need is included. Couldn’t recommend this sauna enough!

Highlight of our trip. Kind people, easy to get to from Stockholm and a super luxury feel having a private place to breath in nature. Doing a plunge in the frozen lake was a bucket list item for me. Make this a “must” on your list when visiting Stockholm.

Awesome experience! The sauna in itself is amazing and the experience pf driving it out by yourself around the lake just adds to the experience.

Taking the floating sauna out on the river was a really magical experience. Definitely the highlight of our trip to Sweden. It was pretty easy to drive and anchor. Thomas gave us great instructions. We highly recommend.

The highlight of our trip to Stockholm! In September we did a cruise with the sauna boat and had such a memorable and relaxing time. Everyone in our group still talks about this activity. If you’re able to book, don’t think just do it!

We came here for a little retreat while on our honeymoon! Thomas was very kind and accommodating during our 3 hour private sauna ride; we even got to drive it on our own. We were able to pull away from the dock (very easy to learn as he gives a short tutorial) and take some dips into the water as a break from the warmth. He provided slippers of various sizes, plenty of drinking water, towels, and pillows in the sauna. There were even different scents to choose from to pour over the hot rocks — didn’t expect this and I was very impressed and pleased with the options! There were snacks to purchase in a small wooden box which was a delicious treat! There was plenty of hanging space, changing areas, and a bluetooth speaker. In general, the space was so beautiful and a pleasure to be in. So many little details that made the experience spectacular!! Although there’s no bathroom, Thomas didn’t hesitate to offer his own before and after the experience.

We were here in early December and the overall experience is beautiful. We are greeted by the friendly owner and provided with clean amenities for the session. The scenery is also impressive with the frozen lake, which we all took a COLD PLUNGE in the hole : ) Would definitely visit here again in autumn or spring for a different set of view. P.S. Really love the scented pouring water : )

The only activity that tourists going to Stockholm should do ! The owner of Sickla's was very kind and helpful person. Our place was ready when we arrived. There were clean towels and slippers. Also a cozy hot sauna. Everything was great, I definitely recommend it if you go.

I cannot agree with a 5-star rating for this place. Despite the low price for the sauna, the absence of on-site shower or toilet facilities and the availability of larger spas within the same price range make it less appealing in terms of value for money. However, if complete privacy is your priority, there may be no comparable options. Additionally, deducting another star due to the last-minute cancellation of our original reservation, which was only resolved through negotiation for a new slot. The hosts are friendly and most aspects are commendable, but these issues prevent me from giving a higher rating.

We stayed at Stockholm at December and booked a private sauna from 8-10pm. The atmosphere was very relaxing and everything worked smoothly. There was the option to dip into the icy lake, but we were not quite brave enough. The sauna can be conveniently reached by public transport (bus station 2min away from sauna) and the description of the rest of way is easy to follow. Thank you again for this unique experience.

We had such a wonderful time at Sickla Sauna. The setting was beautiful, the sauna facilities were clean and inviting, and the hosts were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Stockholm in the winter, since the contrast between the sauna and the cold lake water was amazing and so refreshing!

Truly wonderful. From booking ease (not the case for other saunas), to communication, to the actual day of experience, this can't be topped. We loved how beautiful and clean everything was and really loved watching the wildlife from our sauna. The bus is also very easy and close by. Thank you so much!

Great sauna, flawless 5.0 rating is deserved. The hosts are very welcoming and the service is great: slippers, towels, drinking water - everything will be ready waiting for inside, no need to bring your own. Sauna is properly hot (85C when we arrived) and you can throw a couple more logs to make it even hotter.

Such a beautiful sauna surrounded by a peaceful lake with stunning vistas. Everything is provided and really excellent, friendly service from the owners! Can’t wait to return and cannot recommend this place more! A must visit 👍🏼

This was a phenomenal experience. It was clean, relaxing, and had such an amazing view. I had some issues with my schedule and the hosts were extremely gracious and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend this unique experience!

To walk along a brief path through the forest and find this beautiful gem glittering in the snow and lights. Wow! Greeted by the friendly owner, who has so thoughtfully provided everything you could need for a fabulous sauna experience. Doing it in the winter and being able to cool off through a hole in the ice. It was magical. A true highlight of our trip to Stockholm that we'll never forget! Thank you!
