I've been to several Michelin Restaurants but Västerås Dinner Club is my best food experience of all times. Genuine, interesting, extremely well thought through, and perfectly executed. Stefan is a great host and the whole night was an excellent show. On top of that, great value for money. Nothing less than amazing!! Can't recommend enough.

Amazing. Best food I ever had, better than some Michelin stared restaurants I've been. 10 courses with perfect wine pairing. There's a thought behind every taste, texture and technique used. Will definitely eat here again.

Both great food and a cooking show. The dishes are plated in front of you which is both educational and entertaining. Then, before serving, the food is explained - what is it and why. We typically rush through eating and are bored waiting for the next dish, so this concept was quite awesome in our opinion. If you live in Västerås, you need to try this place. For those not living in Västerås, this is the reason you should go to Västerås.

This place is amazing! I have collected a couple of Michelin stars during my foodie years and the food is on pair with one and in some cases two stars (wine is totally acceptable according to the price you pay). The chef is *** star Michelin , Stefan is !"#¤% genius.
