Have been satisfied before with Irina. But the last visit was to the owner (I think) who was stressed and asked several times why I didn't use laser when I had booked sugar wax. Also didn't understand that I had booked sugar waxing when I clearly wrote it on SMS. Several hairs remain and I have no desire to go back. Most recently, they took extra evening pay without informing about it before.

Goar is absolutely fantastic. Fluent in English, she put me at ease and kept me laughing the entire time! I’m very pleased with the results. I generally have very sensitive skin, but had very little reaction from this waxing. I’ll be coming back!
