Beautiful long beach with mesmerizing views of the lake. In the summer you can take a swim here or start kayaking the lake. In the winter you can start ice skating from here and skate towards Sandviken. Really nice trip to do on a sunny day and enjoy nature at its best!

Fun and we had a small problem with the renting but it was fixed and they where nice enough to give us more time because of it..

Perfect location for a single man on a business trip. And of course also perfect for a family holiday at a beautiful big lake. The Chef knows what he's doing. A solution for everything included. A restaurant with good food, little shop too. And a supermarket is a few metres away. Thank you for the stay!

Speed weekend. Land speed swedish style. On the frozen lake Storsjön there is a annual competition when you can take your fast car motorcycle or rocket driven snowmobile and try to get in to the 200 or 300 km/h club. It's a blast to see all the crazy contraptions taken on to the lake. If you are a visitor from abroad and happens to be nearby do not miss the opportunity to experience this. This is as close you can get to the Bonneville salt flats only slightly colder.
