Unfortunately not what it was years ago…. We stayed here again after we’ve been here 7 years ago, just to find the farm in a rather worn state. The needs one has with 2 toddlers are difficult to align with the current understaffed situation. The kitchen that should be available for the guests had a blocked sink and dish washer, ie the latter was incredibly mouldy inside. No water kettle (for baby formula) was there, washing the dishes impossible. The breakfast place was very tight and dirty (floors, tabletops sticky…) even though there would have been one in the upper level with space and equipment. Several employees of the hosts (main?) company stayed in the other rooms during the week which was surprising. There were many more small things to mention here but to sum it up: Emily, the temp for the summer, worked her butt off and we could see how she struggled from dawn till dusk to feed animals, be the main chef, the housekeeping and the front desk in one person. As she is only employed until end of August, this place might never be up and running again as it used to be years ago when we had a wonderful time.

Me and my little family had a lovely stay with the Alpacas at Norrängen. We stayed in the cozy family room which felt like a small cottage with a fully equipped kitchen. We were there during the winter which made it so nice to be able to relax in front of a fireplace in the room. Paul and his staff sorted out a nice meal for us when we arrived with a splendid bottle of wine. It was lovely to see the Alpacas in the snow. They are very friendly animals and Paul treats them very lovingly, making sure that everything happens on their terms. We went on a walk with the Alpacas through the winter landscape and our 3 year old could walk "Paso doble" by himself. I would highly recommend visiting Norrängens Alpaca, a unique experience for kids as well as adults!

Our visit to Norrängen Alpaca Farm was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that Paul, the owner, had poured his heart and soul into creating a truly exceptional experience for his guests. His dedication alone deserves a resounding five-star rating. The farm itself was delightful, bustling with charming animals such as Alpacas, llamas, chickens, pigs, cats, and even a majestic peacock. It was a joy to observe and interact with these fascinating creatures. The personalised service at Norrängen Alpaca Farm was truly remarkable. As Paul resides on-site, his attentive presence made our stay feel warm and welcoming. The staff working alongside him were exceptional, displaying genuine care and ensuring our comfort throughout our visit. This farm is a true gem for individuals of all ages, from young children to the elderly. The availability of a swimming pool, a plethora of toys, board games, and interactive activities makes it a place of fun and excitement. No matter your age or interests, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Our experience at Norrängen Alpaca Farm exceeded all expectations. We wholeheartedly recommend this remarkable farm and eagerly look forward to returning in the future. Micheal & Amelia

We had a great stay with our family at Norrängens Alpacka farm. Paul and Emily took great care of us. They had lots of knowledge about alpackas wich they happily shared with us. We got to feed, wash and pet the alpackas, all on the animals terms. Our family stayed in both the glamping tent and in the apartment, and we all slept well. We leave with lots of newfound love for alpackas 💛🦙!

Meeting Paul and every one of his fluffy friends was a real pleasure. We stayed at his farm for one night and had a wonderful time. Upon arrival we were greeted with some cinnamon buns and then we got to see the farm, learn all about alpacas, feed them and just hang around with them. There is also a very friendly dog, some hens, a peacock and two cute pigs roaming around the farm. We stayed in an apartment with 2 bedrooms and a common area/kitchen and shared bathroom, but we were the only ones staying there that weekend which meant we got the whole place for ourselves. The next day we had an alpaca walk planned which was a really cozy experience! All of the animals are well taken care of and loved, and Paul is a wonderful host with a a great sense of humor ☺️ I can really recommend visiting Paul and his animals and it’s such a nice getaway from city life! Best wishes for you and take care!

Visited this place with my boyfriend for the weekend. It was an incredible experience! Good atmosphere, happy alpacas, beautiful village-style apartment, creative breakfast. All with cozy and love. The attentive farm owner gave us a tour and spent time with us. This is a great adventure, we were satisfied more than expected! 🦙💕

In short, it was the best day of my live! 😊 We (as a couple) visited Alpaca farm in January 2023 for Alpaca promenade. It was unforgettable experience! First you get to learn about the farm and meet already some alpacas and you can treat them with some food :) After that we went for Alpaca walk in the forest. You take the food with you so your new fluffy friend can get rewarded while walking. You can feel and see the love is given to animals, and their comfort is always the highest priority! They are not forced, and taken for a walk only if they want. You also get instructions how to treat them, what they like and what they do not like. The host (the owner of the farm) is very welcoming, passionate about animals and has a great sense of humor :) Thank you so much, for making this day so special! Also thanks to our fluffy friends Spike and Freedom for taking a walk with us! Highly recommended for all - adults and kids. I hope to come back one day again!

Beautiful farm, calm and peaceful atmosphere. Got to spend lots of time with adorable alpacas and learned a lot. We had 3 alpacas sleeping outside our window in the morning and the breakfast was way above our expectations of a B&B. Thanks for letting us spend time at your farm meeting all the animals, Paul!
