Entering the spa only for 2 hours at normal rate of 700SEK seems a bit steep, but to combine it with a treatment is perfect! There are several activities to try in the spa, and unless it’s crowded you can manage all of them in the time slot, but you may not feel relaxed after because of all the activities. Granted: if I lived close by I would go there often given that the atmosphere stays as relaxing as it did when I was there on a Sunday afternoon, end of June.

It was a very nice stay and the service was first class for sure! For me the sauna could have used more water. It was rather dry and if you press for oil it wasn’t the strongest smell. I love this spa, they really did a good job with it. The only thing I wish they had is a ice bath to jump into after the sauna. They have everything else though, sauna, steam room, yoga, gym, therapeutic pools, foot baths, relaxation spaces, a infrared therapy room. You won’t regret coming here.
