A delightful fusion of Hanoi and Säter! I was pleasantly surprised to discover an authentic Vietnamese culinary gem right in the heart of Dalarna. It's not every day you stumble upon Vietnamese cuisine of this caliber outside the capital or Vietnam itself (if you've been to Vietnam, you'll understand what I mean). Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the owner, who exuded genuine kindness and offered excellent food recommendations. And let me tell you, the food lived up to the hype; it was absolutely delicious! We wanted to take some pictures, but the dishes looked and smelled so irresistible that we couldn't resist diving in. The taste was as fantastic as it appeared and smelled. The restaurant's ambiance transported us to Vietnam with its original Vietnamese interior design. What's more, it's family-friendly and even provides high chairs, which I consider essential when dining out with the whole clan. In summary, I've discovered one of my new favorite Vietnamese restaurants in Sweden, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who adores Vietnamese cuisine or is eager to explore it.
