Beautiful escape into the mountains for a weekend of rest. The land is magnificent - grassy and lush with lots to explore including a river. Cottages are comfy and well equipped. Even in torrential rain, the most nourishing place to be.

Attended the annual @Spiritfest Africa and camped on site so can’t comment on the cottages, however, despite camping in the rain, the nature is spectacular. The river is picturesque and when the rains came, we got to sleep to the sound of waterfalls and wake with birds. The horses are friendly and loved a few carrots and the waterlilies were in bloom.

It’s hard to articulate the immense peace and beauty of this land … I attended the Spirit Fest and experienced this piece of heaven on earth. I can’t wait to return sans the bell tents and marquees to this place that has truly stolen my heart. We camped alongside the river bank and experienced a beautiful storm that has the waterfall gushing….. I can’t wait to return.
