Jacks Bagel is an awesome franchise and the one in Mossel Bay is always busy. It looks beautiful inside and the food is amazing! Would just recommend the owners be more accommodating they are very strict about their closing time and when we were there in the holiday they actually showed customers away because it was 5 minutes before their closing time - they could have atleast offered the customers the option for a takeaway. Also there isn't much parking.

If you love bagals, iced coffee or more bagals, this place is amazing! Great food, awesome service and great atmosphere.

Had a meeting at Jack's Bagels Mossel Bay. Thank you for the special attention and treats you made for us. Love the atmosphere. Most importantly, the Bagels are an absolute "have to get some". My favorite one is the sweet one.

Love it! Signage clearly visible from street, the decor calls you in, the smell lures you in further, the service gets you seated and the menu has endless potential. Seriously can even see a picky eater finding something to love. Liza suggested we try the iced coffee (I hate cold coffe btw) and eveb gave a small sample to try. I was blown away by how good that tasted. It washed down the generously stuffed gorgenzola, fig, honey and cashew bagel. 👍👍👍👍👍

I don’t understand why this place is always so busy. Looking at the pictures I was hesitant but went in because it was so busy. The bagels are small and taste like they were frozen once - not too much going on there. I got the bacon cream cheese avocado bagel and everything just felt so commercial and not fresh. Coffee was also just ok. Would recommend somewhere else like carols Ann’s for breakfast or the roasters for good coffee.

The food was amazing, and very affordable. The coffee was also really nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the service was good even when they were running at full capacity. I would recommend Jacks Bagels any day and it should be a definite stop for everyone coming through the Mosselbay area. The menu is attached.

Great bagels and atmosphere! We enjoyed our rocket breakfast bagels aswell as our chai latte. Their desserts also looked delicious and inviting. Would definitely recommend!

The food is good BUT Most unfriendly staff , unprofessional manager and worst atmosphere felt like we were being chased out. Client service is definitely one of their strong points. So much potential with the right management and properly trained staff it will be even more successfull.

Very nice place. Good variety to choose from. Coffee delicious and presentation of food lovely. Decor of the place creates a nice vibe and the big open concept is great.

Something a bit different for Mossel Bay. I'm a big bagel fan, so it's great to finally be able to get them in town. And their coffee milkshakes are AMAZING!

Had a breakfast bagel with an avo swop-out for takeaway. Bagel was generously filled and tasty. Have to admit it was a bit messy to eat. Looking forward to my next experience!

Love this little shop! They bake fresh daily and their stock flies off the shelves, so make sure you order ahead if you need specific types or larger quantities of bagels. The staff is very friendly, quick and efficient.

Cute little place with a wide variety of bagles. I wish we had one in Pretoria for a quick and easy lunch. Bagels were very tasty, however I think it could be better if the bagles were toasted.

We really loved Woolies bagels, so decided to try this place. The setting inside is so chilled, spacious and cute. The waiters and staff are so polite and pleasant. We ordered the salmon and cream cheese, rocket breakfast , bam and cheese and the prosciutto and cream cheese bagel. I just had a problem with the messy part of eating. The fillings and too much for the size of the bagel. Maybe people will love that.

Nice and clean, bright and airy. Good service. Prices were reasonable, and the food was good. Super clean toilets - why can't other places get this right. They can go and learn there.

Atmosphere and staff are really nice. Food came nice and quick. although I'm very upset I spent R65.00 for a Mexican bagel that had about a 1cm height of margarine, the ppastrami was basically just thick polony and a bagel roll that was stale. My partner ordered a chicken mayo wrap and it was delicious. Just very disappointed with the food quality I got for the price i paid.
