This place is nice but I wouldn't recommend it. It's very small and very expensive. I paid almost $80 for 2 of my kids to do everything there on the platinum pass which is ridiculous they even have separate passes. They need to have it just one ticket for everything at a reasonable price. They charge $21 a piece just for kids to jump on the trampolines and there's barely any there to jump on.

So. Due to my own carelessness, my wallet was taken while at this location. However, the Manager that day, Shawn, was absolutely wonderful. Not only did he review an hour or more of footage to locate where I misplaced it, but he immediately took all necessary steps to resolve the issue. He even offered to purchase my children & I drinks/food while we waited. He was so helpful, so apologetic & just all-around fantastic. You can tell he truly cares about his work place & providing a fun and safe environment for customers. If it weren't for him & his quick actions to resolve everything, I may not have considered coming back. We will absolutely be back though thanks to Shawn.

The trampolines are great fun the playground is for younger kids. Lots of different trampoline activities. My grandson bday party was there, 2 hours is length of time aloud for the party. We took his gifts home no time kids wanted to jump. Reason I only gave 3 stars restrooms are not taken care of, the food is awful soft pretzel hard ask for another same, pizza not good. I will pay $4.95 for a soft pretzel but that's what I want. The employees are nice & they watch to insure the rules are followed.

It's a Sunday, we bought the Ultimate pass just because it includes the VR, but there was no operator to operate it so the VR was completely empty. The rest of the place is also very inefficient - we waited 10 minutes to buy a ticket and there were only 2-3 people ahead of us. In the other attractions there are also lines of up to 7 kids when the attraction is half empty.

There is lots of fun to be had at this place! Shawn and Mohoginey made sure our birthday party went off without a hitch!

This place was so much fun for me and my nephew. Not only is it a great place for kids to burn off energy but you'll be surprised this is a full workout for adults as well lol He loves the zipline which was our favorite and the wall climbing. The staff is mostly teenagers but they seemed overworked maybe short staff? Try to be patient and kind to them they are doing their best. It is pricey but it's worth it stayed the whole 3 hours there was a lot to do for him.

Very fun place for kids and adults. It's nice not being timed on your stay. Adults are half price and had a great time with the kiddo.

We took our son there for his 10th birthday on a Friday afternoon. It wasn’t busy at all, didn’t have to wait for anything. Staff member, Jessa, was fantastic and went above and beyond helping him gain the confidence to try the ropes course and have a blast on the rock climb!

Facility was filthy. No toilet paper the bathroom. No paper towels. No where to sit down as every table had empty plates and drinks on them. Tons of garbage on the floor by the lockers. My six year old was stuck in the obstacle course where the ball bit is, I nicely went over and asked the girl working if she could help my daughter. She went over and basically ripped her out by one arm. Other mothers were in complete disbelief. I did make a team lead aware of this as I didn't want this to happen to another child. While the team lead was very apologetic and offered a free ticket to come back id probably never return. Some of the attractions were closed and it was advertised as all day play, then being told it is actually three hours which is false advertisement.

Today was our first time at a place like this and my kids loved it. Perfect place to take your kiddo for their birthday! Go early if you can. There was a bit of a wait for many things because there was so many people but overall great place! They have a good selection of snack bar food, slushies, ice cream and drinks.

Excellent place for kids. Definitely a good place for a child’s birthday party. Food is good and small children have lot of fun

This is a great place to visit. It's a family friendly place and the staff is very helpful and friendly with kids. I met Isaac who went above and beyond to ensure my son had a great time at the facility. I also met the Asst General Manager, she took time to explain how each day at the facility is different. The vibe here is electric yet so welcoming, with a promise of urban charm and contemporary amenities. Kudos to the team.

Wow, my visit to urban air at the waterfront was ABSOLUTELY amazing. My grand children and their friends, was blown away … I think I had more fun than them and the staff was so energetic and Super friendly. I’d like to recognize one young lady in particular Iyleanna was so sweet and HELPFUL …. To management and the staff Thank you.We will be back.

This place is very clean and staff friendly. Is nice to bring your kid here so much fun.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience today at Urban Air! There was so much for my kids to do. For a solid two hours they jumped, climbed, ate, and had such a fun time. Between the ample parking, attentive staff, and the solid food options, we were extremely happy with our experience. Parents- take your kids if you want to be able to relax while your kiddos get worn out. Everyone will end the day happy! Also- Sending a huge shoutout to Ricky who absolutely gave us the red carpet treatment! He was the first smiling face we saw and his kindness made a lasting impression. Thanks again, Ricky!

The manager Shawn and his team were very helpful and professional. We had some trouble with some older kids swearing in front of our kids and saying mean things to my nephew about his weight while on the zip line. We let Shawn know and he took care of it right away. He used this as a teaching opportunity for the young men. He spoke to them personally, reminded them all that each of them have probably been bullied at some point in their lives and that it did not make them feel good. Shawn kept open communication with us regarding his discussion with the young men. I appreciate his efforts to trying to mentor these young men. Hopefully they reflect on their behavior.

We always enjoy our visits here. Today I had time to sit and observe and I cannot speak highly enough about this location and its staff! The location is super clean, I saw a staff member clean tables and seats off after visitors ate, even clean bathrooms, and this was after a long day with a lot of visitors! The staff were so kind, helpful and professional. I watched as they interacted with the kids on the activities, helped give direction, reminding kids not to run, and all jumping to action when a big rush hit the concessions to ensure the line moved quickly. The activities are well-worth our membership cost, the refreshments were great, and safety and cleanliness felt like priorities. I highly recommend Urban Air at the Waterfront. We also had a birthday party there and loved it! Thanks to the staff and management for being so wonderful and taking such great care of the visitors! (For parents, they have lots of seating options including massage chairs! And they gave ports/outlets for chargers.)
