Staff is extremely RUDE, definitely not helpful. Did not want to work attitude!!! I had drug test due for employment received the confirmation and had 48 hours to complete, they using a very rude tone would not take me . Then when I told them I had a medical mar marijuana card they said it didn’t matter for my test. It wasn’t there problem The one lady yelled from down the hall in another office saying I did not have an appointment, (which I have confirmed email) had me so up set . Shaking, then I Accidentally flushed the toilet she told me to throw the urine away there was nowhere in the bathroom to throw it so I tossed it in the toilet and then she said she was gonna call my employer which I was trying to obtain that I’m being disgruntle then she put the garbage can in the restroom and then she yelled at me for flushing the toilet again they had me so upset I couldn’t even think

This Quest is great! Had immediate availability for an appointment time I needed and they got me in pretty quickly after I checked in online. There were some people complaining in the waiting room for those who were able to walk in for their appointments while they had been waiting a while. ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT! That's it. You cannot get upset if you just walk in and want to be taken care of immediately. Scheduling an appointment helps out the staff to plan accordingly and helps you to get seen at the time you signed up for. I was in and out with no problems whatsoever.

Worst place to work, never staffed so remaining staff had to take matters into their own hands. Penn Hills was never cared about and the low man on the totem pool. Regardless they did good with the tools they were given. Management expected them to take 80 appointments plus whoever walked in whilst being understaffed, not getting to eat lunch or eat at all most days since day one of being understaffed. Then staff was fired when actions were taken to combat the atrocious waiting times and angry people and overworked employees that were burned out.

Great staff, quick as long as you make appt online you are in and out, even walk in are taken without long wait. Plenty of staff there as well!

On a Saturday I walked in with no appointment and was seen immediately. I am a difficult blood draw and I needed several tubes taken, but the phlebotomist got my site in a single gentle stick, and had no problem getting all necessary tubes. I will definitely be back for my future blood work.

I walked in the day before Thanksgiving and was seen right away. My doctor's office forgot to include some info on my lab order. The phlebotomist tried to get the info for me, but the office was closed. I understood and decided to make an appointment for Monday afternoon to give time for the office to open again. When I arrived for my appointment, the phlebotomist Kaitlyn remembered me and had already gotten the information that was required. Her colleague was really nice too and made me not feel as nervous. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Very pleased!!! I would strongly recommend making an appointment though because there were at least 6 people waiting in the lobby for walk ins. Since I made an appointment and they didn't, I got to go first...so schedule an appointment if at all possible!

I scheduled an appointment (which is recommended). I was only in there for about 8 minutes (including waiting & getting blood drawn). The lady i had was super nice & quick. Would definitely go there again.

This location is fantastic, if you schedule ahead you always go right in and the staff is super friendly and very skilled, most times I don't even feel a pinch getting blood drawn
