We
politely
asked
if
the
store
could
price
match,
as
per
the
terms
and
conditions
listed
on
their
website.
We
had
confirmed
that
the
other
store
was
a
physical
location
in
NSW
with
the
product
in
stock,
meeting
all
of
the
stated
requirements
for
a
price
match.
However,
the
salesperson
refused
outright,
dismissively
responding
with,
“Ha,
no
way.
I’m
not
that
desperate.”
Not
only
was
the
price
match
guarantee
advertised
not
met,
but
the
rude
attitude
of
the
salesperson
left
us
very
disappointed.
It’s
frustrating
to
see
a
lack
of
professionalism
when
simply
following
up
on
a
store’s
own
policies.
If
you’re
looking
for
a
price
match
I’d
suggest
a
call
first
to
make
sure
you
don’t
get
laughed
out
of
the
store.
I
would
also
like
to
note,
the
item
was
in
stock
however
the
salesperson
did
add
it
to
cart
correctly
(we
drove
to
the
other
shop
and
purchased
the
boots)
also
said,
“even
so,
we
wouldn’t
match
that
price”
