The food was nice, but very over priced! The service was terrible! No beers on tap available, the cocktail ordered could not be made because they did not have all of the ingredients. It was terrible! If you don't have things available, make sure you tell people straight away. We waited so long to just get drinks until the person who was game enough to tell us the drink wasn't available. I won't go back!!

I went there last Friday with a few of my buddies to check the place out after seeing all of the amazing reviews, and let's just say we were not disappointed. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was very comfortable. And don't get me started on the staff. A young boy named Romeo was waiting our table and he was very friendly and welcoming. He delivered our food to us quickly and didn't fail to put a smile on our faces.

Edited: We went back after the mixed experience described below after being offered a $100 voucher as an apology. It was a great experience second time round, with still great food/drinks but now also excellent customer service. Thanks Jai for looking after us so well! Original post: The food and cocktails were really good, so would have given them 4 or 4.5 stars. But the wait staff were inexperienced, lacked attentiveness and customer service skills. Thet ended up not posting our set menu taps to the kitchen, did not even realise until we asked what has happened to our order after an hour's wait. We ended up waiting over 1.5hrs for a pita bread in the end! This was after we chased the staff twice and spoke to the manager. Although they were aplogetic no compensation was offered, not even a glass of wine! I would seriously consider if it's worth going back after this mixed experience. May wait till they upskill their floor staff and show more consideration to their customers. Not much to ask if you pay $300 for a cover for 2.

We hosted our Engagement Party at 3 Doors Down on the weekend and it was fantastic. The team took care of us and were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

What an excellent venue to celebrate my fortieth with close family and friends. I love the eclectic style, the food is fabulous (particularly the haloumi chips!) and the cocktails are definitely a treat! The staff were fabulous and everyone had an amazing night.

Loved our visit! Shoutout to our waitress Emma, she was incredible and ensured we had a lovely night!

Had dinner there tonight, we were the first customers and were for about 15 minutes. Nobody asked us for our drink orders, when we asked the young wait staff for a drinks menu we were met with “scan the bar code”Ordered drinks, beer in a can was bought to the table with an empty glass to pour yourself, ordered a starter (Haloumi chips) highly recommended, gave our order for mains, 1 meal came out, 15 minutes later still had no 2nd meal, we had to ask where the 2nd meal was and was met with “I’ll check”, never came back to us to advise how long, meal came out 2 minutes later. Customer service was mediocre at best. Couldn’t wait to leave, greatly disappointed.

This place is amazing. A huge shoutout to Jai who in a matter of 2 days organised a new set menu for a group of 20 women. We had such an amazing time. The staff and food were awesome. Thank you to Jai and the staff that went above and beyond.

Absolutely love this place. Such a unique hidden gem with great food and drinks. Always come here with my friends when we want to go somewhere local but not boring!

The drinks were fantastic and the food I ate was lovely, but we were seated in the 'outdoor' area. It was an incredibly hot day and it was like walking into a steam room. The plastic blinds were down and they had a couple of tiny fans in the area which was only moving the hot air around. I left the party early because it was too hot and I felt like I was going to pass out. They seriously need to find a better way to cool this area in summer time.

Stopped in for an unplanned Thursday night out and was pleasantly surprised by what we came across. Cocktails had a unique twist to them that unexpectedly worked really well. The tacos were fresh and light while also being filling and satisfying. Although quiet from a crowd perspective, the room was still full of atmosphere and the staff were great, exceptionally attentive, keen to provide a great service and always smiling. One of those experiences where you leave wanting more, but knowing you certainly don’t need it. Will be back!

To Jai and the 3 Doors Down team, I want to take a moment to thank you all for an amazing turnout on Sunday. Your service was impeccable. You guys worked tirelessly to ensure that our engagement party ran smoothly - knowing people’s names when servicing drinks was a really nice touch to the intimate environment we were after. Chris and I are super thankful for all your hard work, it was everything we envisioned and more. Both the food and drink quality and the overall vibe of the event was superb. it has been ages since I have been so impressed with a restaurant like this. The simplicity of the dishes is done perfectly. I cannot recommend this highly enough. The food, service and atmosphere is amazing. The drinks are top notch too.

I'm writing this review because of the lovely waiter who served us, I didn't catch his name, but he was a young guy, short brown hair, was working at 8pm June 2nd. Absolutely fantastic, such a lovely guy, going above and beyond with his service, incredibly friendly. Left quiet the impression on myself and my mate. This worker has shown me the best service I have ever had in years. Has a lot of knowledge on the food and drinks, made great suggestions and really put a smile on my face. If you know exactly who I'm talking about, please pass on the message. He really made my evening! We need more people like him in this world, the dedication to his work, just an absolute ray of sunshine. With this work attitude, he will go far. Food, drinks and atmosphere were great too. Thank you so much!

Staff very friendly, Would recommend the Arancini balls. And the prawn dumplings from the Tapas menu. The Beef meatballs the flavour was great but really over cooked. The classic cocktails were good. The signature cocktails are very strong, was only able to have a few sips, couldn’t finish them. Over all I’d give 3.5 out of 5 stars. We will be back. Thanks 😊.

3 Doors Down has that 'speakeasy' feel from the door to the decor and the music. The food is great and the cocktails are even better. A fabulous venue for a special occasion - lots of fun.

3 Doors Down Menai has amazing cocktails. Their margarita is one of the best I’ve had. Food is really good too & excellent service from staff. Highly recommend.

We held a birthday dinner in the Birdcage section of the restaurant which was wonderful. In organizing the event Jai was fantastic, very responsive and easy to deal with. The food was fantastic, great selection of options in the set menus and the ability to customize choice as-well. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 3 Doors Down to everyone.
