Perfect combination of creek, waterfall and beach at the same place. Located in the Royal National Park, it's perfect for a day trip from Sydney. Suitable for children as the creek is just knee to waist deep. Ample parking and toilet facilities are available.

Wattamolla Falls is a very popular place in the Royal National Park for those special moments that you enjoy with family and friends. Above on the rocks is a 2-3 storey drop into the water which is popular with adrenalin junkies!!!. Down bellow you got the calm waters of the beach with great tree lines for some shady places to relax and eat in. Further down you got the actual beach. The waves aren't the best but the water is beautiful. The only negative is its a bit of a walk to get down there especially if you got lots of supplies and equipment. After spending hours in the sun swimming eating and drinking its a hard walk up. One of my favourite places to come to. You can also go for a bush walk around the heads. Before you enter the car park there is a station that you have to stop at and buy a $12 ticket that covers you for the entire RNP for the whole day. You can go to the town of Bundeena which is the exit before Wattamolla to get any extra supplies you may need. Remember mobile reception is very limited, only in the top car park, so organise everyone before you head down. Its a BEAUTIFUL beach I love it!!! ENJOY!!!.

Such a beautiful place. A little lagoon, a beach, a waterfall and forest, all in one place. Gets very crowded when the weather is nice and it's the weekend or a holiday. There is a picnic area with public BBQ as well. One downside is that there is no water fountain and no drinking water available, so come prepared for that. Besides that this place is for sure a must visit

Hidden gem in NSW the beach and waterfall is beautiful. The place is somewhat secluded but not too far from Bankstown. With $12 entry fee (consider it parking fee) it's worth the price. Definitely going to come back here again with family

One of the beautiful place to visit with family and friends to have fun. Such beautiful falls and beach. So much greenery and cool breezing air when you gonna reach on top on rocks of wattamolla. Once should visit place to have fun. And you gonna pay $12 when entering as toll tax. They charge while entering. Plenty car parking space available. Well organized car parking. Washroom available near parking. There is stairway to beach access.

We have been here twice and kids will love this place. Shallow waters for kids to play and if you visit after rain, you will see ample water in falls for adults to paddle and kayak. We tried kayak for the first time here and loved the experience. We reached prettty early in the morning to avoid crowd. Has ample car park. Both walkers and people visiting beach should share the parking. Has toilets and picnic tables as well.

If you love hiking this is an easy one. The walk is thru climbs and descends so can be challenging for children.

It’s not too far from the southern suburbs. It was so empty, quiet, gorgeous! The water was freezing but so clear I couldn’t resist I had to immerse myself in it!!! I recommend to go there at least once if you are living nearby

Good place for picnicking, swimming and kayaking with friends and family. The water is usually not very clean though at the waterfalls, however the water in the ocean is clean. It’s very busy on weekends, but it’s fun. People come for family picnic with kids. Bring your own food since there’s no store or a restaurant nearby. Don’t forget to bring your swim suit.

I came here 5 years ago, and I will visit again today. The water is beautiful, there are few people, and the facilities are very good. It is a quiet area suitable for friends and family reunion.

Absolutely stunning. A must go place for a day outing with friends. It got waterfall, backwaters for kids and then sea beach. Lots of trees, barbeque place, resting shades, washrooms and plenty of parking. Not very friendly for prams but thats easily manageable.

Beach, creek, and waterfall are all present in perfect harmony. It's a great day excursion from Sydney because it's in the Royal National Park.

Nice plate to be with family. The lagoon isn't the most clean. However, the beach makes out for it. Plenty of space, nice shade unther the threes, jumping from the cliffs its illegal and dangerous, despite that people still do it. Pet and fires aren't allowed. During summer, there are paid lifegards monitoring the area. To enter the area, there is a fee payable only by credit card. The fee is around 15aud per car

Very nice place for hang out with family, and enjoy swimming in either in lagoon or beach. Plus look out on the other side of little bit walk. Just need to bring your own food, drinks, water as no pop up store or anything available. Bring everything and enjoy.
