May 19 at about 2:15 pm, I bought about 124AUD of goods in this store. And the security guard asked to check my bag for no reason. He didn't find anything in my bag ,but he didn't apologize to me. This is an insult to the customer. I think this security guard acted racially because he only asked to check my (the only Asian) bag among the customers leaving the store at that time.If the store does not trust your customers, please install a surveillance system.

Never buy here. The male cashier was packing me under the counter when I checked out. When I went home, I opened my bag and found that there were many things missing. When I opened my receipt, I found that there was a product that they had charged me twice! I'm sure I only took one. It's 3am now. I've been searching for my missing items for a long time, and I'm sure I didn't open the plastic bag on my way home. I suspect he didn't even put it in for me!

Every time I visit this store, I get singled out and asked for a bag search. The security guard is rude whilst asking. I have seen many others with bags not getting searched, people who haven't gone through the cashier not getting searched, yet when I have just browsed the store or actually bought something I get searched.

I don't usually leave reviews but this time I just had to. I had purchased collagen shots that come in bottles. The lady with pretty glasses walked me through the fundamentals of collagen. Very informative. On my way out I dropped the box and liquid was oozing out of it (butterfingers here). I said it was fine and asked for paper towels so I could clean it. Instead, they insisted on giving me a brand new box and another staff cleaned the mess for me! I feel so bad so the least I could do is leave a positive review. They really made my day!

the staff at this chemist warehouse are by the far the rudest staff at a store that i’ve come across. the girl who served me has no concept of customer service she has the most sarcastic and disrespectful tone and honestly the way she spoke to me i won’t be returning to your store. i would’ve gone somewhere else but priceline was closed. i usually go to priceline and from now on i will be going there as the staff there are amazing and kind and very friendly and helpful. your staff could learn from them. i don’t usually post negative reviews but this interaction was repulsive. do better.oh and i need to add how the male security guard made me feel like a criminal when i have never stolen anything in my whole life. and i’m pretty sure you’re not supposed to touch a persons belongings but he had his hand on my bag. my nah contained my charger and my work clothes and my inhaler for asthma. i’m pretty disgusted. he needs to learn how to check bags properly.

Have not been to this Chemist Warehouse.......bad staff who are lazy, cannot answer simple questions. I prefer the one on Pitt St......even though it is further away. But today I had to go there as it was the only one opened at 8am. It has not changed.....I could not find something on the shelf and the app said it was available here....so I went to the Vietnamese girl cashier to ask. Instead of looking at the computer for it ....she said roughly we do not have it. I said the app says you do. Again she was too lazy to look for it. Then she yelled for one of the male staff to look for it. If you do not like the work...don't work there.

The lady pharmacist is unbelievably helpful. She really goes out of her way to give easy to understand information about prescriptions. She really deserves recognition to whomever owns this branch. I will only use this particular store for all my medicine needs.

Stay clear of this branch. I spoke to 3 team members who were dismissive of me. Each time I asked a question regarding stock, I was told by a very rude assistant “ we don’t have any” I looked closer myself only to find two bottles of what I asked for. I walked out appalled by the treatment I received. I visited this branch over a year ago and received the same negative treatment. I walked on to the Elizabeth branch and the service was what I’m used to when going into Chemist Warehouse. Thank for looking after my request.

Booked for flu shot a month ago. Received email 24 hours before instructing me to come on certain date and time. At the shop, they said flu shot only last week! Told me to leave! Horrible system, with no regard to others' time!

Shouldn't they extend their store? The place is way too small considering in the city, they should expect more customers.

Visited this Chemist Warehouse on Friday, 23 June 2023, at around 6:40pm. Approached a lady/pharmacist at the pharmacy counter seeking assistance for cold and flu symptoms, specifically a runny nose. However, instead of addressing my concern directly, the lady tried to sell me two products: a nose cleaning solution and a nasal congestion spray. Additionally, she suggested that allergy pills could also help with a runny nose caused by a cold or flu. This approach seemed questionable, as it left me wondering why I was being offered these particular items. It appears that the pharmacist in this store could benefit from further training. I left, and bought the medicine in other store.

Very incompetent and disrespectful staff member called Leon, who likes to think he can take one look at someone and diagnose their back pain. No questions asked or anything. Even when I showed him a certificate for the very same thing from yesterday. Very stupid behaviour. Very rude. Well Leon I might “look alright” to you but I actually couldn’t even put my shoes and socks on this morning without help. This Leon person should not be in this job. Btw I’ll be calling your head office. What this Leon person did was just so wrong.

So when I was trying perfume, the security at 4;30pm stop me say I was doing wrong thing by testing the perfume, I work in chemist warehouse in ultra beauty and apparently every costumer can try and spray whatever they want. I feel discriminated and the manager should take an action by this especially the traumatic experience I had it’s something I would never go back on this place.

One of the most unorganized and unfriendly Chemist Warehouse in all of Australia. I will never go to this branch again and highly recommend going to any other location.

Went there to get replacement tips for my wife's novorapid pen. The pharmacist there gave me a box which was not the one I have been using. Explained to him and he kept saying "thats what's on your record". I went through my phone to google search the image of the one I obtained the previous time and showed him the photo. Got the one I have been using and repeated "thats what's on your Ndss record." If you want to demonstrate your medical supremacy to a customer then you are picking the wrong guy. Cause you are talking to a registered nurse of seven years working experience. Stop assuming and show some respect to your customers next time!

I was treated horribly by security staff at this shop. It was unbelievable to see how ill-mannered the security guard was towards my friend and I, along with all the other customers who passed him. I was incredibly angered by the way I was treated by the male security staff member working today, around 1:40pm, who had absolutely no manners and accused me of stealing without any effort to properly confirm his suspicions. Rather, he addressed me in a disgusting manner and was not apologetic at all when he was proved wrong. It seems that this is a reoccurring problem with this shop so I suggest improving security methods and replacing unhappy staff who treat customers poorly.

The pharmacist was so nice to me. Feel really sick, he gave me better advice than than my doctor.

It's a racist shop. When you go out of the store, the security guards let white people through the exit and only inspect Asian bags. They treated me as a thief. They asked me to pick up every items in the bag and show it to them. And they didn't say "sorry". Dear the manager of this store. Please install the Security bar if you want to prevent theft. The best way to stop thieves is not to treat customers as thieves, but to invest money for security.

It charged the wrong price, the sales lady told me to call the manager, but the manager is very rude,he changed the price, after i paid, he dodn't give me the receipt. that's the worst parmacy i have been to.

It's very cramped in here and usually busy. It might not be a pleasant place to be in if you're claustrophobic.

I shopped here on Friday afternoon, everyone was terrific and handled being busy well, especially the man at the front of house. Superb service.

Very helpful management, Jolin allowed me to swap a protein powder tub which had mysterious pink bits mixed in with the powder (wasn’t sure if it was a contaminant or meant to be there and Vital strength couldn’t provide an answer) As with all locations, very small and cramped with a ton of products lining the shelves, always something good on offer though, will definitely continue to use.

Very unfriendly and poor knowledge staff. Special the man who looks asian look was not helpful at all and showing me annoyed face. He even doesn’t know what is snake bite bandage.

Worst service around. Store stopped answering my calls, so spoke to customer service and they did the flick pass aswell. Trying to tell me to organise the delivery with their 3rd party service. Would not recommend and will not be using ever again. Thanks for nothing.

I spent 130 dollars on a Waterpik water flosser in Chemist Warehouse one year ago. And I used about 1 year and it is automatically damaged. There is a two-year warranty for Waterpik. I have the purchase record but they can’t repair or replace it. Bad product quality, bad customer service and disappointing purchase experience!!!

Full of people in a small shop with narrow aisles & a long queue. Visions are blocked by each other. Same brand in other suburbs are usually bigger & more comfortable.

The security guard was absolutely rude. I have not problem in showing him my bag as I know it is his job to protect the store from thefts. However the way he ask for it was extremely rude and sarcastic. Really this guy has no idea how to interact with the customers. Disgusting!

Tried visiting store at 9pm, rudely told by staff that they were closed when it says online they close at 11pm.

Went there for getting vitamin and medicine for family The cashier was unbelievably rude. Pulled basket on counter while I still holding plus started with where is another prescription medicine (just end the corner coz she pulled the basket from me that hard so it went off) I had 3 elevit she took out 1 and said limit 2 per customer I asked why she said 2 per customer and totally ignored me when I asked local or tourist? I had to go to another shop for 1 more elevit. The security not very nice asking Check bag and receipt sounds like I was a thief. Never go back and these 2 staffs the store must send them to customer service course!!! Wondered how they get a job!!

The security guard is rude in the way he asks you to open your jacket while going out of the store. Will never come back.

This was the closest Chemist Warehouse to my hotel. It's quite narrow inside the store. You'll have to open your bag and show it to the security guard before you can walk out. This has not happened to me before in other places during my 8 years stay in VIC and 3 years in WA. I'm not too sure if it's legal or not in Australia.

One of those Chemist Warehouses that has enough space for 10 people but with 20 people inside. Turns a 30 second shop into 5 minutes but most of the people in the CBD don't seem to be going anywhere quickly so I guess it doesn't bother them.

Terrible experiences with the security here lately. I had to pick up a script on Tuesday afternoon and whoever the security guard was that day was very unprofessional and tried to intimidate me. I asked to speak with his manager and he directed me to speak to a young girl at the counter who was clearly not the manager and didn't know how to handle the situation. I felt sorry for her as she certainly look intimidated by him. Maybe time to switch security companies

Very bad customer service never coming back again

Extremely tight aisles, throngs of frenzied shoppers, poor or no customer service. Even the security guard was rude, giving me the stink eye for no reason whatsoever. The entire experience resembled a frenetic flea market on a Saturday morning. In short, this has to be the worst pharmacy I've ever frequented. And I'd never willingly revisit this store, unless I were suffering from explosive diarrhea or some other embarrassing emergency needing immediate medication and every other pharmacy in the vicinity were closed. Otherwise, in this area of the CBD, there are much better organized pharmacies, with larger aisles, fewer crowds, and far more helpful and knowledgeable pharmacists.

Went to this shop on Boxing Day 2019. The aisles are narrow & they had large cardboard boxes full of goods sitting in the aisles. I caught my leg on one of these boxes and gashed it badly. The chemist dressed my leg and bandaged it but at no time did he ask my name or take a report on this. They were quite anxious for me to leave. Not impressed.

The place is always packed for a reason, they are good in value. The staff here needs to be paid well, they are so busy yet able to be informative and friendly.

They search you bag and keep asking why your cream is not in the box cause I have been using it, not everything it’s from this shop,and the girl dump your stuff back to your bag after they searched all your things and was in bad manner and lots of customer only one person and such a narrow door!

The place is very small and usually hectic with visitors. I’d rather shop at other branch if I’m not in a hurry. If you like to browse with less people, better walk toward hyde park or toward york street. Those branches should have less visitor so it’s more comfy to look for stuff you need.

Totally disappointed with staff 'Amy' when she rudely refused to attest my passport copy without paying her a donation. I had to pay (forced to pay) $4 to get my attestation done without a polite conversation, smile and courtesy. Negative marks for Amy (Staff).
