On arrival the captain was friendly and instantly made everyone feel comfortable. Our booking was a night cruise & despite the cold weather, the view & city lights of the Gold Coast was really really beautiful to admire from outside and on the deck. It is really great that BYO drinks and self catering was possible. This opportunity allowed our guest to come aboard & enjoy their night without extra costs that you’d ordinarily pay at a hotel or if we hired a function room The love & laughter our family shared on Serrano is priceless. 3hrs was not long enough & we absolutely can’t wait to do it again Sent with appreciation

We had to plan a wedding over a 4 week period. Jazz was absolutely awesome the whole time all the way up to the last minute trying to find where the boat docks. Multiple changes, many questions and still Jazz stayed positive, helpful and very polite. She went above and beyond my expectations. Even to answer questions about my fiances wedding shoes for the boat as we were standing in the shoe store. Talk about patience. He he. We booked the sun seeker. A beautiful 62 foot boat and George was so welcoming on his yacht. I was stressed from organising the wedding when I hopped on board and he soon had my nerves at ease. Thankyou to both Jazz and the crew on sun seeker. It was a beautiful day on the harbour. If anyone needs a boat to hire Jazz is the woman to talk to. I wouldn't hesitate to ask her for help again and I would go out of my way to book the sun seeker again. Thanks for everything.

We hired Delphinus through Collen, the process of booking the boat was so easy The captain Adam made us feel very comfortable and took us to a lovely sheltered spot so we could relax and enjoy the water with our little toddler.

The staff at Any Boat do really go above and beyond! We’ve chartered yachts with them on a number of occasions. They are always very communicative, responsive and helpful. On our most recent charter, the captain took us on an additional cruise in the harbour which made our charter even more memorable! Customer service provided when booking the cruise was great and straight forward. The cruise itself was amazing ! All the girls loved it and really appreciate the hospitality Vince and Billy provided. Even though one of the girls hat flew off the boat the captain was able to turn the boat around and retrieve it. We were fortunate enough to host a Team Building afternoon on one of the chartered vessels through Any Boat and we have to say that the entire experience was above and beyond what we had expected, especially our onboard experience. I always say that it's the small things that are always the big things, and Stefan our host and safety officer, along with Steve our Captain were one of the finest examples of this we've ever experienced on a boat charter. Or even quite possibly in the hospitality and service sector! Our needs were well and truly met, Stefan was always one step ahead, as if he could read our minds before we even knew we what we were even wanting e.g. a drink, a blanket, a cloth, a photo opportunity etc. This made our afternoon and our overall experience a wonderful afternoon that we will always hold with fond memories. Our team could simply relax, connect and have fun. Stefan, you are one of a kind and you rocked in your role of taking care of us, not just to keep us safe, but to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of to the next level. We used Any Boat to hire the boat North Sea for our small elopement on Sydney Harbour. During the process, we worked with Edwin, who was communicative, responsive, and answered all our questions promptly. And given how it was a wedding, and we know next to nothing about boats, we had MANY questions. If Edwin told me he personally arranged for us to get the best weather imaginable, I'd believe him. I think he could do it.

We hired a vintage boat for a photoshoot on the Harbour. The boat was fabulous and very well maintained and the crew did everything to ensure the day ran smoothly. We've got some great shots and everyone had a thoroughly enjoyable day.

We booked the Bacchus yacht with Fiona and I wish I could rate her and Any Boat higher. Fiona was so helpful with organising my cruise and answered all of my questions promptly right up until the day before. The boat itself was beautiful. So spacious. There were more than 40 of us and it did not feel cramped. My guests had an absolute blast. The crew were friendly and made us all feel so welcome and comfortable. Definitely an experience to remember. Would recommend 100%.

We had an amazing experience with the cruise party. The Karisma cruise was awesome, very well maintained and all the crew members were very friendly and supportive. Special thanks to Jazz from Anyboat, she was very prompt in answering my queries and helped a lot through the booking process and coordination! We had a hiccup when one of our booked boats got cancelled just 2 weeks before but it was handled very well by Jazz and she helped us secure another boat in a short period of time.
