I
went
to
the
store
last
Friday
(16/12/2022)
to
purchase
a
pair
of
Nikes
($280.00)
and
was
standing
out
the
front
before
the
store
opened.
Whilst
waiting,
there
was
a
number
of
other
people
also
waiting
and
I
saw
a
number
of
staff
standing
over
near
one
of
the
side
doors
to
their
shop,
waiting
to
go
inside.
So
I
walked
over
and
said
good
morning
to
them
all
and
asked
if
I
could
find
out
if
they
had
a
certain
pair
of
Nikes
that
I
had
been
looking
for
instore?
One
of
the
staff
went
to
speak
and
there
was
a
larger
sized
girl
dressed
in
black
(which
I
assume
is
the
manager)
that
stopped
them
and
said
over
the
top
of
them
“we
are
not
working
at
this
point,
so
don’t
ask
us
any
questions,
ok”?
To
say
that
she
has
an
issue
with
“customer
service”
would
be
an
understatement.
I
have
been
to
the
store
multiple
times
before
and
purchased
from
and
although
never
had
any
issues,
it
just
has
never
been
a
good
store
to
visit,
so
I
think
that
will
be
my
last
time
going
there.
To
me,
it
didn’t
really
matter,
as
I
walked
to
the
other
side
of
the
block
onto
George
Street
and
went
and
purchased
the
shoes
I
was
wanting
from
Nike
“George
Street”
store
(funnily
enough,
1
staff
member
<the
tall
guy>
there
seems
to
be
an
idiot
that
needs
to
learn
how
to
treat
customers
too),
but
the
other
staff
Riley,
Pat,
(the
Irish
guy),
etc…
are
awesome.
Don’t
waste
your
time
going
to
JD
Sports
Pitt
Street
Mall.
