This is my go to spot to order. My usual order is an iced matcha with banana bread. Every time I order here my matcha is delicious and my banana bread tastes like they just freshly made it there unlike other places that give it to me straight from the freezer in its original packaging… anyways whoever is making the iced matcha over there give them a raise. The service is terrible. There is always just one person making the coffee when I go. She said she had 10 orders before me and I had already waited for 10 minutes then I had to wait 10 minutes online for a refund so I ended up being late for work, and all I wanted was a coffee

They don't have a milk bar and they would not add the milk to my coffee. They gave me a small coffee cup with milk to do it myself...very odd and wasteful. I told them to leave room in the cup for milk and they did not. More waste...I then had to dump coffee. Getting sick and tired of paying a premium for poor service. So annoying!

I just wanted to share my feedback as this was another bad experience at Starbucks. I ordered 2 drinks on February 14 at around 8:30 pm and one of them had no syrup. In addition, not sure why they gave me dirty looks and were quite rude when I asked them to add the syrup. I mean ,I just spent $12 on 2 drinks, the least you could do is be ****** nice and make the order correct. Worse experience ever,never returning to Starbucks. PS, I'll be filing a separate complaint with the Starbucks HQ. My advice is try to be nice, I think that's part of your job. 👍

Very friendly and attentive staff! Quickly served, walk in only but zero complaints here. My Caramel macchiato was on point and the place wasn’t that busy for a weekday morning! 5/5. Plenty of parking out front also.

Great location, everything is always fresh and clean. Coffee always prepared the way I like.

what the hell! I was sitting with my daughter drinking my macchiato when these rude employees started copying my gestures! Rudest Starbucks experience I’ve ever had, so sad my daughter had to witness that monstrosity.

Found a dead fly in my coffee. Disgusting!!!
