The food and Panera bread is always amazing, but I’m very sorry the manager here and some of their senior staff are absolute racist and rude. It’s not about Panera Bread. It’s about this location and this place I do not like negative reviews, and I do not like condoning them, but I am very sorry. This place needs to improve on their staff.

The Plainview Panera is the best. Always clean and roomy. And the food is always fantastic! I tried the Mediterranean grain bowl with chicken and it was delicious.

Ordered the half sandwich with soup and the cashier charged me for full soup and full sandwich. The food was great. I ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich and absolutely loved it. Will definitely order again.

For a chicken sandwich nothing special small soup and green goddess salad I paid $41. Very ordinary food. I could have better food at many fast foods restaurants for half price. Big mistake never ever go there again

Visited Panera Bread today (10/03/2019) and was incredibly impressed as always. The tomato soup in bread bowl was amazing, again, as always. Dipping the bread into the bread bowl of soup is nothing short of incredible. The agave lemonade was excellent as well - filled that up twice :) The staff are friendly, and appear knowledgeable. There's a drive-thru, if you're into that sort of thing. Overall, 5/5 experience. Awesome!

I have breakfast every day at Panera especially here, lately the late caramel coffee doesn't work and the manager gets upset if I ask for it to be changed, it's frustrating and very uncomfortable

Never had a single issue at this location, great food every time, never any mistakes. Great Drive-thru as well.

This specific Panera Bread should change their manager and maybe few of their employees too. They don’t know how to place sliced loaves inside a bag, ends up with half of the bread being folded over. They don’t even realize what they’re doing, is it just ignorance or lack of skills ?
