Back dining area is nasty. Bad service. We had to ask for straws. Dr. Pepper was messed up, we informed the waitress and management, but nothing was done about it. Not offered a replacement. Food was ok… not great! Excellent reviews are misleading.

Stopped at this place for lunch on our way through town for a football game. First impressions not the best as the place is somewhat falling apart, painting is horrible, everything looks old, bathrooms were in disrepair. But the buffet was good. Food was hot and tasty, and there was a decent selection. Would come back for the food, the atmosphere, not so much.

This place is terrible since the new ownership took place. Variety sucks, foods cold, staff doesn't really speak to customers. Been a few times since change of owners and haven't been impressed a single time. Definitely not #1 anymore

This place has gone downhill fast since it was sold by the previous family. They started out strong, but they have gotten worse every time I’ve been back over the last couple months. I won’t be back until I hear they’ve returned to their initial commitment to quality.

I have been eating here for at least 20 years and it has always been wonderful. Since the new owners bought it, it has been such a disappointment. The staff is rude, the walls are literally busting out, the inside is gross and sticky, and the food is terrible. We have been three times since it changed hands, and it has gotten worse every time. The steamed rice was literally crunchy and the lo mein was ice cold. You will be lucky if you can get the girl at the counter to even look away from her phone to seat you. Save your money, you will be glad you did.

We got some takeout! First bite was The worst fried rice I have ever had!!!! Fried rice is suppose to have some vegetables;, nothing but gross disgusting rice and weird pieces of (what they say was) PORK!!🤮🤮🤮🤮 The beef, in the beef & broccoli was so gross I took one bite and THREW IT AWAY!!! The crab Rangoon was just cream cheese and I think the oil or whatever they used to fry them was old and gross with that thick layer on it, so gross!!!! 🤮🤮 My poor husband had the General Tso's Chicken and he's been up since 3 a.m w/diarrhea!!! Never again! Try another place not this one!

Hands down the BEST Chinese food in Sedalia. My husband and I are regulars and they know us by name. Always busy. Always friendly. Food is phenomenal and you always get a ton of it.

We were in town and were going to go to another restaurant but it was closed so googled to find this place. When we pulled up I was skeptical but we went in. All the food was amazing! Service was great! Will definitely go back if ever in town again.

Food was excellent, lots of different items not seen on the average Chinese buffet. The "Happy Chicken" and Egg Soufflé Cups were my favorite. At $10/ea, the price was reasonable. The decor is rather outdated and drab and it was hard to judge the service on a self serve buffet. All in all, a pleasant experience.

As far as Asian food goes, this is our family’s favorite. We visit here regularly and are always impressed. The food on the buffet is fresh. The flavors are phenomenal and we never have enough room to try everything. The staff is quiet but attentive. This will forever be our go to place.

Took family out for dinner they charged my two 10 year old children adult cost, And when I brought it to their attention they told Me for dinner they now charge all kids adult price. What BS, used to be a good restaurant under old management! WILL NOT EVER GO BACK!!!

I had been coming here for years, was on a first name basis with most of the staff. Ever since the change in ownership though, place has become a disappointment. Super sad that my favorite Chinese place is now one of the worst in the area.

Since new ownership the food flavor has declined. The staff seem decent, the appearance of the food is fine, but flavor has changed in all the dishes and not to our liking anymore. Sad, as it was our previous choice for years for Chinese buffet. (and we have given it a few chances since the ownership change)

Great food. You know closer to closing time is with traditional Chinese restaurants things get a little skimpy. Great place to eat. Around $16 a person with drinks. I'll be back.

I live an 1 1/2 hr away, and we meet up with the inlaws. The food is always great and fresh.
