A beautiful little Theatre which is only accessed by guided tour lasting around 30 mins. In the Theatre itself our guide gave us an interesting talk about the operation of the place and who sat in the different boxes around the Theatre. King Gustav 3rd enjoyed participating and acting himself.

A very nice little theatre. Very good guides, nice building and interesting to see the solutions they used to reduce the cost, but still show a glamouras phacade.

Mind-blowing, beautiful 18th century theatre, lovingly preserved. When we wakes into the auditorium I got goosebumps all over my body. I’ll definitely be coming back to see a show.

What an absolute gem of a theater. This building is packed with history and lore. Legend has it that it sat most abandoned for 100 years and when it was opened again that there was still sheet music on the stands in the pit. The tour guide was a great story teller. The theater is beautiful with many original features and stage props. This was the highlight of the castle visit.

A great travel back in time in a very well preserved piece of history. The guided tour is absolutely marvelous, in a perfect English, and the nearby royal park is simply great! What would make this a truly great experience: a visit in the back-stage area to see first hand the very complicated machinery involved in stage performance.

An amazing insight into the history of "Drottningholms" theatre and entertainment of the age. Accessed by guided tour, learn about the inner workings of the theatre back in the day. The amazing tour guides wealth of knowledge gives you the feeling of there back in the late 1700's. *No Spoilers* you have to see for yourself

The theatre is kept in its original shape with one of the oldest mechanisms still active to this day (around 250 years old)
