I rarely muster up the anger to write a proper review - this is the worst Max, or even the worst burger place I've been to. You would think a chain would mean reliability as most other provide, this has absolutely zero. Both pick-up delivery, burgers are haphazard and every component looking sad. You will NEVER get fresh fries. Carefully check your order because things will be missing or incorrect (literally 80% of the time), their speciality is forgetting drinks or giving you a blueberry shake without cream when you've ordered a chocolate one with cream. No complaints about the staff because the interaction with them is 0, but maybe that's the problem? No one cares. Close!

By far the worst Max we have been to. Dirty tables, the bins are leaking (liquid on the floor where the container was overloaded methinks), absolutely stinks from the bins being overloaded (we moved seats), staff had to clue when we were trying to explain they had a deal on the app (which was advertised on their TV screens in the restaurant!) , and when we went back to get dessert ; none available. The only reason we didn't leave was cause the kids had looked forward to Max for quite some time. Real shame but now we drive to another Max :)

Cannot experience MAX standard and quality here. The disposal area was overflowing, several plates kept falling and food waste all over. The staff were busy with taking orders. Our order was moved to 'Ready' but we were asked to wait for few more minutes. I saw the staff preparing the patty and burger with bare hands. Definitely not close to any quality standards. You need to train your staff to use serving gloves.

Good one for those who love burgers..place can be crowded during lunch time mostly on weekends so be fast to grab a place there!!

It's a messy place. Not very clean. Dropped food and garbage under the seats both indoor and outdoor. The delivery services guys often stand outside the entrance and around the outdoor serving area and smoke, which is very annoying.

Max was the best and still is yhe best taste burger in fast food but stuff selling them cold and the quality of worker from max reduced a lot. I think they should have a look and more controll on their stuff or soon they will be like McDonalds.

Nothing to write home about. Just spend your money on herring with senap instead of their burger.

When they opened the food was delicious with competing prices... Now the food quality is 0 out of 10. And they prices are overpriced... No taste in 90% of their menu,,,, I stopped eating at max...

I bought a takeaway and ate it at home (10min walk). It took a long time to actually get the order (around 20mins). The burgers were quite small and by the time I got home they were cold and soggy. Can't recommend.

Worst experience of Max by far! Every table is dirty and I had to ask 3 times to the waitress for cleaning.. placed order and they gave it in take away bags.. saying their kitchen/dishwasher is under maintenance.. not sure how a toddler can eat in a bag! Their drinks dispenser is out of service so offered me a Ramlosa instead of cola which was ordered.. no information of all this at the time of placing the order.. Staff are rude and impolite.. food is worst on top of it.. lettuce inside the salad and burger was pale and dirty.. nothing is good here.

Very disappointing staff. Bought 3 burgers takeaway, When open at home only 2 burgers. Happened twice within 2 months. Once pommes was missed and yesterday burgers. Called max they said come and pick up. What a shame. When a family is hungry and ordered food. It was your mistake and still saying we do not have drones, we dont have private cars to deliver food, so come and pick up your food said by manager. Listen call history Max kund service. Kindly avoid max kista, as staff is not responsible to there duties.

Got a tasty and nice raspberry pie with ice cream. I love it. Lady in a counter was very polite and nice. 4* for atmosphere cause it's too light as for me

Due to an incorrect transaction at the terminal, I was debited over 10€. I also did not receive a receipt. After several conversations with the staff, my problem was not solved and the store did not refund me the money, despite witnesses on the spot. This is extremely annoying and not a good way to treat customers.

Very basic burgers I found the chicken nuggets hard and not tasty at all. Mozarella sticks and sweet potatoes were also bad

I loved the max burger, it was tasty and somehow better than McD and burger king. The only difficulty I found is searching for veg buyer got confused but apart from that place is great.

It's a Max. Food is good, reasonably clean and not too long wait. However they did miss a dip (they replaced it immediately without fuss) and while I had ordered table aerving they just called the order out. Minor complaints all in all and having worked at a Max it's not a big dea

I found hair in French fries and they took it back gave me new one and did not even apologize. Not nice personal 😕

Nice burgers but they are quite small. Prices are higher than fast foods I'm used to, but probably it's just because we are in Sweden. Instead, french fries were amazing.

Their selection of veggies are rather limited, even if it is good to other fast food restaurants as Macdonald's. (Subway is way better though)

Very rude staff and impolite, I ordered chicken burger for my kids , I mentioned without salad and sauce and no spicy at all, because kids want to have it, but it was with all the things that I didn’t want, and too spicy ,ridiculous , they charged me more for these as well ,19 kr more , when I complained, they very rudely said, this is what we got and don’t care what you ordered, strange, they refund me just for the burgers, and still charged for drinks and fries which we even didn’t have them , they didn’t even apologise for that , Don’t recommend at all

The fish burger wasn't the best fish burger 🍔, considering the price I would definitely choose another restaurant. Their other burger types might be good, but since I eat only halal, I went for the fish 🐟 burger expecting it to be as good as the other ones, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. I hope they work more on it

They have amazing vegetarian burgers. There are vegan options and you can also add topping, if need be. Their salads are just as good. The prices are almost the same as McDonald's.

It would be better if you put another screen with the numbers of order inside You are forced to stand many times and check the nr in the screen,
