They are always full booked. They never have 10’ to book you for an appointment. Very unhelpful. I wonder is anyone controlling those people, because they don’t do their jobs correctly. Don’t get sick in Sweden !

I showed up for my appointment, but forgot my Swedish id. Showed it online in next 5 minutes, paid 250. But the nurse assigned to me made me wait half an hour. Finally the receptionist checked with her, she refused to check me and my problem because I was 7 minutes late to register on the system. I was assigned another nurse, who is busy as well but she atleast saw me and agreed the previous treatment was bad! Already getting their appointment is next to impossible and then this..

They are not helpful.

I arrived at 4 pm and they told me that I had arrived late, that there were no doctors, I asked them and why the schedule says it is until 17 pm if they only work until 4:00 pm. amazing.

I payed 250kr and they said that they would call me for a check up and blood samples for an allergy but that never happened. Waste of money !!!!

Don't go here! I've lived in Stockholm my whole life and been to several different places that were good, this is awful, absolutely awful.

We were not called back by the doctor to make an appointment.

Good Experience, nothing bad.

I have only had positive experiences here in the few times that I had to visit. Courteousness of staff, cleanliness, orderliness and the quality of interaction with doctors have all been very good for me.

Very helping and smiley staff and visit them when you are ill and can't handle yourself 😀

Very very rude and unhelpful receptionist. I think called Edith. Told me no appointments. Next Told me no doctors. Told me cannot book appointment and to walk in next day. Walked in next day and was asked why I had no appointment. Called me to say not to come to appointment because foreigner and will have to pay 1800 instead of 200, even with reserve number. Then another person 2 weeks later told me that info was incorrect and I should have come to the appointment. Wonderful lady called something like Shahle called me back.

I believe this VC will win Oscar for the worst Vårdcentral in Stockholm, if not for the whole of Sweden. Online booking is impossible, telephone booking is almost impossible as the phone is always engaged. If you want to book a visit to a doctor today, you would not find a spot even in March 2024! Very ill-natured, obnoxious personal at the reception. I give 1 star as 0 is not possible (I suggest Google include 0 as a possible choice which Kista VC actually deserves)
