    I came during drop-in hours, for something that should take 15 minutes, and was not allowed to see a doctor, because the receptionist thought that it would "take too long." After getting an appointment 1.5 weeks later, it took less than 15 minutes. Why does the receptionist get to decide whether my drop-in case is worthy of a drop-in?

    How can I give negative star to this vårdcentral? This is the worst vårdcentral. The doctor gave me the wrong telephone number and address for provtagning. I told the doctor this, but she stills insisted this was correct. I called 1177, hospital, this vårdcentral many times. I even went to Danderyd sjukhus to check this. It turns out she is totally wrong. One month has passed since my first time being here. I will never come back again.

    I would give them zero stars. I went in with a problem that needed antibiotics. I was given Penicillin which I have never taken before (so it was not known whether I would have an allergic reaction). I was given a heavy dosage considering my body weight. Luckily my father is a doctor back home so he asked me to make that half. After a total of 5 tablets, on the 2nd night I had a severe allergic reaction. I took an anti-allergent and the pain had reduced but not completely gone. I wanted to inform my doctor about the situation on the phone as I was up all night and resting at home was a better idea. But they forced me to visit the doctor again. When I got there they said the fee would be 200 kr. I said I would cancel the appointment because I didn't ask for it. To this they said, they would charge a cancellation fee of 200 kr. How could they when I didn't ask for an appointment and when they didn't inform me on the phone? That is not all. Of course I saw the doctor and of course she prescribed something not for my allergy but a replacement for the antibiotic. Once again, luckily I was able to make her speak with my father and he said that I needed something to "fight" the allergy and not the symptom of my illness. She then followed his prescription (which was very nice of her) but overall a terrible experience. I would never go back here. Right now I am trying to claim the 200 kr back as it was an unfair cost borne by me.

    A couple of years ago the service was really terrible. Now they have started to make some efforts to improve something. Of course there is much more to do. Doctors are not very interesting to find out what is the diagnose of the patients.

    (Translated by Google) A girl/woman with a Polish/Russian accent usually sits and answers the phone and makes calls. Have now spoken to her 2 times but she is incredibly rude. Almost had to argue with her to book an appointment that I am entitled to. Says that I should not make an appointment or that they will not give me a sick certificate. A doctor assesses that, not the woman who answers the phone. She yells at me and is generally horrible. She should not be working with what she is doing today. Definitely don't want to talk to her again and have to argue when you can barely get out of bed. Other receptionists and doctors I have met were incredibly good and took me seriously. I am very satisfied with the health center but unfortunately it will be 2 stars precisely because of the girl on the line. (Original) En tjej/kvinna med polsk/rysk brytning brukar sitta och svara på telefon och ringa upp. Har nu pratat med henne 2 gånger men hon är otroligt otrevlig. Behövt nästan bråka med henne för att boka tid som jag har rätt till. Säger att jag inte ska boka tid eller att de inte ger mig sjukintyg. Det bedömer en läkare, inte hon som svarar i telefon. Hon skäller på mig och allmänt hemsk. Hon ska inte jobba med det hon gör idag. Vill absolut inte prata med henne igen och behöva bråka när man knappt kan stiga ur från sängen. Andra receptionister och läkare som jag har träffat var otroligt duktiga och tog mig på allvar. Är väldigt nöjd med vårdcentralen men tyvärr blir det 2 stjärna just pga tjejen på repan.

    Don't visit the place. I went in the emergency hour and when I asked the doctor to measure my blood pressure, he refused because he did not have time. He prescribed pils without any examination or check.

    Reception personal and nurses are always helpful and friendly, but the last doctors I had (non longer than a half year; since they quit) were not helpful at all. That’s why I decided to leave this place after years.

    Really liked this Vårdcentralen the first one or two times I came here hut the recent two times have been quite horrible. Doctor A* both times and once she was 45 minutes late and the second time about 35 minutes late. Zero interest in listening to the symptoms and overall a terrible experience. *=Her name starts and ends with an A. (Old Review, 5 stars) I was a bit anxious due to the bad reviews but my two experiences here have been pretty good so far. 1. Went in to leave a blood test. It was fast and the nurse was nice and she knew what she was doing. She was very light-handed and I didn't feel a thing. 2. Had to see a doctor and I don't know if I should be saying his name but it starts with a K. Really knowledgeable and kind. He did his best to figure out the possible issues and gave really good advice. Easily one of the best doctors I have met. The only negative thing I have experienced is that the waiting time was a bit longer than my previous VC but other than that, everyone here has been pretty nice.

    I have been in this vårdcentral 3 times the past 3 years. The first time I went during their "akut" drop in because I had high fever for 6 days and they denied me the drop in by saying that this is not an emergency and that I will have to book a time instead. The first available appointment was almost 3 weeks later. The other two times that I went back I met a doctor that seemed to be unsure of things/information and I unfortunately felt like I cannot rely on them. I got two prescription on medicine that have been discontinued. I have to say though that the people answering on the phone are polite and the doctor was polite and did listen to the patient but didn't really seem to be very skillful.
