The royal canal tour was amazing! Audio guide is available with many languages on boat. The tour took around 50mins and took you around the museum island and a beautiful canal. The scene was stunning. Online booking is cheaper than buying ticket on spot.

Get to your ferry early...they will allow standing room if seats fill. Kind of a bus atmosphere, but there is a bar with an attentive bar tender. Would use again for transport to islands.

We had a good time on the Royal Canal tour, the route offered some views we hadn’t previously enjoyed in the city. However, all audio was broken on board so calling it a ‘tour’ is maybe a little generous. I’m sure this will be fixed, but considering we weren’t wanted about this before boarding it did sour the experience slightly Not as good as our trip with the same company in Copenhagen, which was also cheaper. Questionable how worth your money it is given the cheap commuter ferries also offer good views

I took the Royal Canal Tour, and found it to be a well-done tour with audio-guide, and a very nice way to spend the evening after other sights close. The tours run a little bit later into early evening, so it was a perfect way to fill time before dinner, especially in rainy weather. It is on a typical flat tourist boat and there are refreshments available for purchase on board. I enjoyed the audio. I just wish there had been a better map provided, with the names of the sights of interest labeled instead of numbered (without a key). The personnel on the dock were pretty unfriendly, as were the ticket booth attendees, but regardless, the overall experience was good.

The royal canal tour was not worth it. The headphone port didn’t work so we had to share one between 2. The tour did not go down the canal due to weather (would have been good to know before) so the route wasn’t very exciting. The windows were also covered with condensation so you couldn’t see anything.

Worst customer expirience ever. Our tour got canceled, and the person at the port told us to go to the ticket office to get a refund. Then we waited over 45 minutes in line, only for the person at the ticket office to tell us we can't get a refund there, because we ordered online. We have missed another boat that we wanted to go to because of all the waiting, and if the person working on the boat told us in the first place that online tickets are refunded online, none of this would've happened.

Lunch tour with S/S Stockholm. Food was good, but service when boarding was not. The organisor may overbook the Vessel and have limited regards for Safety. This conclusion based on: We were not allowed on the vessel with our pre-booked tickets, since "the Vessel was full"; after asking for a written statement of that fact (to go get a refund), suddenly we could join, together with several other people... When joining, the Vessel felt very crowded. Vessel was sailing under a list of several degrees, giving doubts about the seaworthiness of this 1930's hull.

Tusen Öars kryssning / Thousand Islands Cruise is highly recommended for those wanting a full day at sea. Excellent service from the staff and high quality in food on board Waxholm III.

Could not hear the tour guide at all even when asked to speak up or turn up the volume. I was hoping to learn something about Stockholm but I got a nice nap in instead.

cool tour unfortunately 1h royal canal tour took only 45min but headphones available so you can learn new things about the city and places you will see

Ungezwungene Tour (‚Under the bridges‘) über 2:15 Stunden mit sehr vielen und facettenreichen Hintergrundinformationen über Stockholm und Schweden insgesamt. Stressfrei, kleines Bistro am Boot. Empfehlenswert!
