A bit crowded but very good gym

One of my favourite SATS gyms; large, well equipped, rarely too crowded, clean, facilities provide good natural lighting and air. A plus is to have several options for a healthy (or less so) meal in the mall after the workout. The one downside is the music which is too loud (in order to hear your own properly) and uninspiring. But this is the case with all SATS gyms I have visited in Sweden and Norway. There appears to be a SATS playlist used at all of the gyms featuring mainly charmless contemporary pop and remixes of songs that weren’t worthy of a remix to begin with 😅 And also, opening at 9:00 on Saturdays is too late! The queue outside at 8:45 says it all 🤨)

I wanted to quit my membership due to covid and SATS suggested to freeze and make a decision. Freezing should be free of charge, however, SATS still charged me for the "frozen" month. I tried to freeze again, got a confirmation letter. During the frozen period I decided to cancel well in advance. SATS still wants me to pay and replies that they only "can see" my first (old) frozen request. The personnel is either a typical blah-blah-blah person or unprofessional that cannot check the membership data or a low-level cheater programmer who "made" the system that cannot take the "freezing" requests correctly.

Pretty solid as far as Swedish gyms go. Could use a few less cardio machines and a few more benchpress setups. Also on the wishlist - 40kg+ kettle bells and a hex bar.

Nice gym. Newly built. Poor childcare. I guess they werent very used to the profession.

they are amazing especially staffs, but for grouping classes always there is no enough space for participants, the only reason that I will not go for 5 star!
