Very rude and unprofessional support staff. The doc is very much money minded. The doc generally will have a long conversation with the patient before taking her in, only to understand if the patient's/spouse's employer provides medical reimbursement. If yes, they wish to maximize the discharge bill. The hospital has a centralised elevator which is strictly limited to the patient. Generally the patient's by-stander would be her mother/father whose age would be around 60 who would desparately need an elevator. I really don't see a point in not offering elevator to them when the hospital allots rooms to them in second or third floors. There is no resident peadiatrican in the hospital. Some guy comes at his convenience, all the bystanders are supposed to fall in line along with the new borns in order to consult him. The most irritating part was this, I was constantly asking them why my baby's feet and arms were pale and why her eyes were yellowish, to which they replied "Don't worry, expose her to more sunlight" The baby and mother were discharged on the 4 th day, having checked her for Jaundice on 6th day just to be on the safer side, we understood she hasd high bilirubin. We had to admit her to baby warmer's clinic and put her through phototherapy for 2 days. I am really surprised to see the reputation this hospital has even after these many drawbacks. I believe people are just going by the mouth publicity it has. If anyone checks the reviews before going there, they will have second thoughts because every alternate review is a one star rated review. With more penetration of the internet, I seriously hope that I will be able to help some if not all.

In Doctor side there is no care for the patient she behave like memory loss and forgot about treatment what they really use to do . They mainly test the patience for at-least small checkup also. No cashless payment, they take one hole day to give bills. Totally a worst Hospital.

Doctor treats well, suggests popular medicine brands unlike other doctors. Also doctor rarely prefers surgery 85% deliveries in this hospital are normal. All corporate medical insurances are accepted here(but I suggest go for cash treatment and later claim those bills), and won't accept state government insurance program arogya shree. Only concern is amenities, seems this hospital building is very old. Rooms are not upto the mark, struggled very badly with the room they have allotted.

I have got my second baby delivery at coastal cardiac centre.. after a month due to water leakage from the sutures I went for treatment but they said it was okay.. but now I have get the operation again to my abdomen due to negligence.. you call them many times the staff were so rude to listen us. Very bad experience it costed my health alot.

I am really happy for the hospital facilities and maintenance. All the members of the hospital staff are so friendly. Dr Sudha garu,Nurses and other docters everyone are visiting for checkup of the patiences all the time and treats with care. Even management is maintaining the hospital so clean and hygenic. I highly recommend this hospital for all cardiac , speciallyy for maternity services.

I don't understand why this hospital has received ratings below 5 stars from others. In my opinion, Dr. Sudha madam is an extraordinary gynecologist with, I believe, over 20+ years of experience. Hats off to her dedication, down-to-earth nature, and excellent attitude. From the reviews, it seems she follows what our great Rajinikanth sir recently said: 'There isn't a dog that doesn't bark, there isn't a mouth that doesn't complain; in conclusion, there isn't a place that doesn't have these two. We should mind our own work and keep going.' I think she strictly follows it even before 😛😃.

They did cesarean, but it was infected in 15 days and we visited multiple times and they simply giving antibiotics whenever we go,the thread was poor quality they used and its not disallowed even after 5 months... Today she hospitalised again for resurgery... But now not that stupid hospital.

Good and Professional hospital. If you are looking for normal delivery, this will be best place. Sudha doctor and other staff doctors are highly professional. Nurse and aaya staff is also very good, polite and cooperative. We recently had a baby boy here. Doctors patiently treated and waited nearly 5 to 6 hrs from mid night to early morning to deliver our baby. Since we are going for a medical assistance, we need to be open minded and expect delay in response. Now my wife and baby are doing good. Phototherapy is also available in same hospital. Would recommend to all my relations and friends. Cost is also affordable when compared to top hospitals. Though we have to travel 60km for checkup, we managed to do.

Starting with staff ,they respond and react to patients very rudely in phone and direct,they even don't care of patients situation. Noticed that she is the only doctor for the hospital, she is very busy with too many patients now a days and dont think she is really spending as much time necessarily during consultation for each patient. We can get a appointment with a Minister/Collector but you don't get any appointment with the doctor before/after surgery. Few of my family/friends were got treated all were faced major issues/problems because of their wrong and blunder mistakes in treating the patients and are suffering a lot now, where she has to do a another surgery now for their mistake.She had a 3 surgeries because of their negligence in thier treatment,but still facing problem . The doctor even do not give u a proper response for the problem, jr.doctors were treated for critical issues also where the Dr.Sudha has to attend for such problems.Because is so busy to attend them. I suggest you to look into that before choosing to this hospital .

We have visited the hospital for pregnancy consultation Pros. 1) Sudha doctor is patient enough to talk with poeple and sort out the issues Cons The front desk people attitude is too worst, and to get appointment you need to call in the morning 6AM 100 times, its ridiculous. 1) Accept only cash payments( Card and upi based payments are not there) 2) They don't give bills easily though we ask for it explicitly 3) Staff need better training on how to deal with people. 4) Pregnant women has to stand outside Doctors chamber while other consultation is going on.

Experienced doc, Less medicines, with the pregnancy chart it is easy to understand the schedule of vaccination. Everything is fine except the medical shop arrogant idiot, Accepts only cash no card payments.

Dr. Bommireddi Sudha hospital (Coastal Hospitals) in Rajahmundry is the best hospital for Maternity. They took a very good care of my wife during visits and also since the time admitted. Hospital is very hygiene. The staff and office admins had motivated for normal delivery and showed good care towards patient and everything went in a process. Nurses visit the room often in the nights as well to check the condition of the patient and took feedback from the patient and monitored the improvement timely. Heartful Special thanks to Dr. Rajeswari Madam. She made my wife very comfortable during delivery time and also encouraged my wife for normal delivery with her cool talks. We are blessed and happy for that . My wife and Baby are healthy and were discharged next day. I have given a birth to my second baby in this hospital sudhaa madam treatment is suppor fine but on the other hand there is worst face in this hospital I'll explain you very clearly I have a insurance claim policy and everything done perfectly but so much of delay process from insurance department lady ,and very important gang is there in this hospital head nurses and senior nurses I'll tell you name to persy they will grab you to collect money on demand you know how They lady per sy is continuously asking 3000 for labaratorty disposables which is cotton sheets ext which is used on the time of delivery but they won't give you bill for that and not only that they will collect separately money from each patient and coming to sweepers they will literally grab moment from you every day we have to feed them with tee tifins and money Such a worst experience I have face

I had my preterm delivery on August 11th.. Sudha mam and her duty doctors nurses helped me so much to stop my contractions all did their duty very perfectly and especially sudha mam had immense knowledge unnecessarily she won't go for surgery even we beg.. I asked her to go for surgery because i can't hold the pain but she didn't, she did my normal very well me and my premature baby is safe now.. Thank you mam🙏🏻

I had very thoroughly visiting this hospital right from 3rd month of my wife's pregnancy . Iam very much happy to share that this hospital is one of the rarest hospital in East Godavari district in executing normal deliveries . My wife delivered a baby girl on February 18th 2021 . She had undergone normal delivery. Starting from her op sessions and scans Dr. Sudha madam treated us very splendidly. The way she treated her was very humble. But we are unfortunate to miss Dr. Sudha madam's presence at the time of delivery. Despite we missed her we are fortunate enough to have services of another doctor Mrs. Rajasri mam. She was very humble at the time of delivery. Despite of my wife's discooperative towards normal delivery in the final stages of her delivery. Inspite of my wife's discooperative Dr. Rajasri mam has succeeded in executing normal delivery. Almost my wants to go for operation in the final stages of delivery, but due to mam only normal delivery is succeeded . Last but not least the nurses Mrs. Mani and Geetha contribution towards my wife's normal delivery is splendid. They had taken completely care of my wife in executing normal delivery. Due to these three persons my wife's normal delivery has happened. Iam very much thankful to these 3 persons. And moreover this hospital is charging reasonable prices for normal delivery when compared to remaining hospitals. Iam also thankfully to another nurse sridevi . Iam frankly say that this hospital op department is very bad. I hope that management will sort out the issues in this section.

It is “THE BEST hospital to go for and I personally recommend not less than a full 5 stars. Its my personal experience with the hospital that lead me to give this review. I gave birth in this very place on 4th of Jan. From the minute I went into the hospital to the total journey of 9 months was an amazing experience. Mrs Sudha, the doctor ( who is just extraordinary, dedicated and very very confident in what she does ) staff ( who guide you in an amazing way ) and nurses ( who help you in even very smallest of things ). It is one such hospital who will look for you to have a normal delivery in the first place or otherwise you are needed for a c section. Coming to the price, its a very nominal charge that a hospital can charge for their services. On the day of my delivery, I was so afraid that I may have to get a c section, but two senior nurses “Mrs Mani and Mrs Geetha” who actually were there standing next to me and giving me moral support and pushed my confidence that I can do it. If not for both of these two amazing people and ofcourse each one in there I would have not had a normal delivery and a healthy baby. I thank Mrs Sudha (doctor) specially for guiding me through a healthy pregnancy, Mrs Mani and Mrs Geetha ( without whom my experience would have not been special) and of course every one of the staff who heartily offered their services.

I feel excellent services from starting day onwards.. everything was good planning with proper attentional treatment. Mainly doctor Sudha madam was giving excellent treatment from day to day with personnel care and we received valuable suggestions from her to get a good healthy baby. During pregnancy time the complications coming by me were simply resolved by hospital staff. Mainly all hospital staff and nurses were sooo cooperative with patients and given good advices for further improvement.
