Very Very bad service and I'm not satisfied your staff and service ,really too bad and very poor experience your service staff. Staff don't know for vehicle details and related to service quarries. Very bad behaviour your staff.

I recently had a charger issue with my Ather 450S scooter, and the Ather service center, particularly Mr. Neeraj, the Service Center Manager, played a pivotal role in resolving it. Mr. Neeraj's handling of the situation was commendable; he provided regular updates on the charger diagnosis process, ensuring I was well-informed. The charger issue was successfully fixed, and my scooter was returned on time. However, there were a couple of hiccups. Upon delivery, my scooter was quite dusty, and though I requested a wash, I was initially told it would cost ₹135. After discussing this with Mr. Neeraj, the scooter was washed for free, but clarity on whether it's a complimentary service would be beneficial. Additionally, my scooter was only half-charged at delivery, which inconvenienced me, despite my request for a full charge. Mr. Neeraj acknowledged this mistake and apologized. Overall, my experience at the Ather service center was positive, with Mr. Neeraj's excellent service standing out. Despite minor issues with cleanliness and charging, his professionalism and dedication made the experience satisfactory.

Premise is good. Ather scooter service is also ok. But service behaviour is dealers type only. Don't expect service as per ather standard like a premium scooter. Washing and cleaning is also cheap type. Approach of staff is also money making type. They don't look into the resolution of problem with engineer level. There motive is to replace the part to make higher side of billing. Overall Not a good service center.
