2023,
my
family
and
I
decided
to
treat
ourselves
with
some
pampering
by
getting
haircuts,
pedicures,
and
manicures.
Unfortunately,
our
experience
left
much
to
be
desired,
as
it
became
evident
that
the
establishment
was
primarily
driven
by
profit.
The
first
disappointment
came
with
the
haircuts.
Despite
the
high
price
of
1500
rupees,
we
were
hopeful
that
we
would
receive
top-notch
service.
However,
we
were
taken
aback
when
an
additional
1100
rupees
were
tacked
on
as
service
charges.
The
total
cost
for
a
single
haircut
seemed
outrageously
high,
and
we
couldn't
help
but
wonder
if
the
pricing
was
justified.
As
if
that
wasn't
enough,
when
my
parents
decided
to
indulge
in
medicure
and
pedicure
services,
we
were
shocked
to
see
the
bill
amounting
to
a
staggering
8000
rupees.
The
exorbitant
cost
left
us
questioning
the
fairness
of
their
pricing
policy.
Moreover,
the
services
provided
were
far
from
satisfactory.
The
quality
of
the
medicure
and
pedicure
was
subpar,
leaving
my
parents
feeling
dissatisfied
and
disheartened.
Aside
from
the
exorbitant
prices
and
mediocre
service,
we
also
noticed
a
lack
of
hygiene
standards.
Cleanliness
is
of
utmost
importance,
especially
in
establishments
offering
personal
care
services.
Unfortunately,
we
observed
a
disregard
for
proper
hygiene
practices,
which
further
added
to
our
disappointment.
Overall,
our
experience
at
the
salon
was
disheartening.
Not
only
were
the
prices
unjustifiably
high,
but
the
quality
of
service
and
hygiene
standards
also
fell
short
of
our
expectations.
As
customers,
we
expect
to
be
treated
fairly
and
receive
the
level
of
service
we
pay
for.
Unfortunately,
this
particular
salon
failed
to
meet
those
basic
expectations,
leaving
us
with
no
intention
of
returning
in
the
future.
