特定防止に配属/時期は伏せますが、実習で行きました。学生さん・教育者の方・就職を考えている方への警告でレビューさせていただきます。一言で言うと最悪です。
バイザーは時間を守らないし、先輩(年配の女)は挨拶を故意に無視してきます。こちらに何か否があったなら、口があるのだから口で言えと思います。余りにも幼稚です。そのようなハラスメントがあっても当然バイザーは一切庇いません。また、少しでも業務外の質問が振られると「それは私の業務ではありません」とバッサリ切ります。多職種連携とは何なのでしょうか?更に高齢の患者さんへの対応中、「難聴だから聞こえないし」と悪態(罵倒)をつく始末。医療者以前に人間としてどうでしょうか。
また、ちょうど同時期に来ていた実習生達には丁寧な採用案内がなされていましたが、自分だけ一切の案内がありませんでした。案内されていても絶対に行きませんが、人を選べる立場だと思っているようです。バイザーぐるみのいじめ・ハラスメントだと捉えてよいでしょう。『気に入らない相手には嫌がらせをしてよい』という暗黙の独自ルールがあったようです。学生や新入職員を馬鹿にした態度の病院です。最低です。
みなさん、上への態度はたいへんお行儀宜しいようで、こちら側の不信感は全て学生側の問題だったということで収めたようです。反省はなさそうです。つまり再発の可能性が多大にあります。
バイザー及びチームメンバーの態度の監視体制に問題があると思います。どれだけの学生が、アウェイの地で「ハラスメントを受けているので助けてください」と声を大にして言い出せるでしょうか。残念ですが、自分は異を唱える機会を失ってしまったので、より多くの方の目に触れるレビューにさせていただきました。
勿論、別のチームには非常によい対応の方もいらっしゃいます。が、最悪のバイザーに当たる場合を考えて、実習の候補地になっている学生さん方は気を付けた方がよいと思います。
また、教育者の皆様へ、五井病院ではこのようなことが起きていますので、実習時は警戒及び配置された学生さんの様子を注意深く観てあげて頂きたいと切に願います。
