Poor customer service, reception not 24 hours. The staff at the reception was very cold. I will not come back again, spent a lot of money but the service was bad. I will not recommend this place.

Not recommended. We held an event and they are not accomodating. The service is not good.

I didn't get the chance to be here overnight. But a day tour is good also.

5/5 Service - is very commendable Location - kinda far but worth it, the the sea part is not rocky. Rooms - spacious, aircon is available and amenities is pretty decent. Overall babalikan ❣️

I enjoyed our family time at La Suena. Facilities and rooms they have it. Also great that they have fast internet. Suggestions: Up the service both rooms and cafe. Salamat 👍🏼✨

The place is clean and beautiful with lifeguards. Very affordable for the quality of the resort. Konti nga lang ang CR and very small ang cubicles. Also, minus points ang color ng sand.

the cottages, pool, and other amenities are well maintained, except the men's public toilet. it lacks the proper ventilation and one of the door is broken so you have to hold it if you're going for number 2. should be a 3 star review but a big plus because they are pet friendly.

Good clean hotel but the beach full of trash from the store selling to people who are not concerns on environment

Resort operating hrs is 7am-7pm. We reserved a standard room for our 1day stay. The room was neat and clean. Ideal for 2-3 pax only. The place was not full since it was off peak season so there waa enough tables and cabanas available. My kids enjoyed the pool. Not ideal for beach lovers since the sand in Lemery is not as beautiful as that of Laiya beaches. We maximized the use of the pool instead. Their staff were very polite. Value for money 3stars.

I find the place so cool and relaxing

This place is nice especially the pool and I like how they put a kid's playground at the front. But then woah, their service are really low. All their staffs are not friendly. Yesterday, we went there for a family outing. It's almost nice but then the service that we got are really ugly. My auntie asked if we could have a discount for like the driver but then a staff told "San' ninyo naman nalaman yan?" And that's really low for a business staff. The beach was nice though the water can hurt your eyes and throat. Hays, I swear if you want to have a family outing, not here. There's still one thing that I need to say. Their restrooms are very dirty that me and my cousin didn't take a shower. I heard a middle-aged woman who's very frustrated because she coundn't deficate. We're very disappointed.

Mababait po ang staff pero the resort itself is not well maintained. Thumbs up also for the food.

Nice place to bring your family and friends ..

Not an ideal place to have a Vacation place with your family and friends. This resort is too overpriced in all ways. The quality of their things....rating it from 0-10 (10 is the highest), i’ll give it a 0.5. 10k room is too small and not worth it for its price. They said that towels will be given at 6pm but it was not delivered in our room. We have to effortly request multiple times to their “GREAT STAFFS”, just for the towels to be delivered. If I can give a rating of 0, I will gladly do so. *Pictures in their site was too far from the reality* XXXXX

A great place to spend your summer outings or team buildings. It is a very nice place but its not huge resort so it gets crowded on peak seasons but overall our experience was great. Prices of rooms and cottages are very affordable.
