Outstanding service & delicious food for a reasonable price We went to TGIF in the evening and had dinner there. We ordered among other dishes the truffle fries, which came cold. After pointing it out to the staff, the manager got us immediately completely new fries without arguing or even showing the slightest sign of annoyance. The fries they brought us then were phenomenal. Despite the cold fries, the service in general was great. The food was very delicious, but a bit pricey. All in all → highly recommended 👍🏼

Ordered a variety of food to try and we ended up liking the brownie overload the most. The chicken wings were served to us cold and the flavor was lacking. Steak was so-so also served cold. The salad was alright, could improve on portion or pricing. The staff were friendly and place was filled with socializing groups. Good place for bigger groups, not so much for dates.

My experience at TGI Friday's at Trinoma was good. The place was not too busy anymore. Staff were attentive and our orders came out fast enough. Caesar Salad - super yum! It was dressed just right. Whiskey-glazed Porkchop- Taste good. Meat was tender. I like that they have the option to change rice to mashed potato. Mashed potato was yum too. Whiskey-glazed Babyback Ribs- good too! It was smoky enough and balanced taste of sweet and smoky. However, i wished they could spread a little more sauce. Service was good. The staff were prompt-- refills water without asking. Atmosphere-- just the usual TGI Friday's vibe. Restroom was clean and well-maintained.

The food is good and I enjoyed my time here with friends. Service is a bit slow even if there's no customer at that time.

The place is very comfortable and cozy. Our server, Eunice, is very pro active and helpful. She refills our iced tea even before we ask her. Highly recommended.

Food is good and service is good as well. Food was served warm and fast. The meat is fall of the bone tender and their pizza is unique and tasty. The place does have a chill vibe but they just need to tone down a bit when up selling their Bistro Group Premiere Card as it ruins the mood

This is my kids favorite place. They have huge servings and definitely satisfying taste. Maybe a bit pricey, but very much worth it naman. Our favorites ARE the mozzarella sticks, Cajun shrimp pasta, honey buffalo flat bread, chicken fingers among others. We also made us if the 50% promo of Security bank by the way, kaya sulit talaga kami.😉🥰

The mozzarella was so-so. The Scallops and Scampi pasta was a bit disappointing. The ribs was good though. Very flavorful.

Food is excellent as always. My favorite food are Mozarella Cheese and Pacific Grilled Porkchop. We tried a new dish, Seafood Cioppino. My mother was surprised with the spiciness, but the chef managed to decrease the spice without compromising the flavor. Also excellent service by Miss Maya! 10/10! 😊

Very good place, staff and food. Though portion sizes have reduced significantly from a few years back. Nonetheless, satisfied. Thank you as well to Mitch who assisted and took care of us. Great customer service from her and her manager (Christian).

My first Friday’s experience after the pandemic. I ordered a rib eye steak, ribs, nachos and the mozie sticks. First the negatives - the nachos did not have enough meat, sauce. Half way thru it and there was not much left but nachos. The sauces were really in small cute containers. I do not understand the logic, if you want to give sauce then place it in a bigger container if not don’t include it in the first place. The ribs were cooked well but the taste was a bit bland for my taste. The positives are the place wa slovenly, staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, if your not too picky on food but want the atmosphere then choose tgif. If not then go elsewhere.

The food and service were great as always . Love their steak and my Mom likes the ribs here better than where we usually dine. Mitch was very professional and accommodating to our needs while we are dining. We'll definitely be back. Good decision to celebrate my bday

I genuinely enjoyed my time here in Trinoma's TGIF branch given the stellar food and service provided by their team! The waiting time is non-existent due to how masterfully paced the serving time between each dish. They also had complimentary chips served even before the appetizer. Gen, Russel, and Mitch had a wonderful dynamic as a team and they did very well to keep us accommodated. We ordered the Friday Trio, Hamburger Prime Selection, and the Bistro Signature bundle which my family and I enjoyed to the fullest! We savored every bite of the meal as well as the side dishes which were also filled with flavor. Overall loved my experience and would definitely come back again!

Had a wonderful birthday celebration here in T.G.I.Fridays Trinoma. Servers are very accommodating and attentive to our needs. It's always a tradition to celebrate our special occasions here. Good food and ambiance.
