Terrible experience that I would prefer just forget but I just had to send a forewarning to anyone thinking of using this company. We had been working with a very competent building administration company until Newsec bought them out. That's when all the problems started - when Newsec took over! They couldn't figure out our accounting at all - it took them 6 months to finalize our finacial results for our building. I spent so much time to correct their mistakes that I could have just done it myself. After they realized they made so many mistakes they changed their controller which didn't solve anything - the new controller was just as incompetent. Then I find out that they increased our administration fee by 30% without even letting us know. Our contract stated that we would get max 3% annual increases. I only noticed this when they prepared our budget for the new year. They didn't even call or email me to let me know of their change of fee - nothing. No communication, incompetence, sky high prices. That's what you'll get to work with this company. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. I'd give less than 1 star if it was possible!

STAY AWAY - CHEATERS THAT WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! Three months and 4 days after I moved out (94 days!), I have not received neither a move out report, nor the deposit money back. Called 4 times, nothing happens. They repeat a bad excuse it's not their fault but the landlord's. They broke the contract - it is stated clearly they need to provide the money and report within 8 weeks. Unfortunately had to sue them.

It has been 4 months since our flat lease with New Sec ended. It took them 3 months before they contacted us regarding our moving out report and returning our deposit (with plenty of unanswered emails). There was a mistake in the calculations, and we tried to clarify it. We have yet to hear back from them. Not to mention that their staff we are dealing with, is often unprofessional over the phone or email. It's like she hates her job and her goal is to make it difficult for you as a customer. I would give a zero star if I could. Definitely do not recommend them at all!

BE AWARE, DO NOT RENT ANY APARTMENT THROUGH THIS COMPANY! You will not get response if experiencing issues, rental apartment is causing you health issues due to moisture problems, but you don´t get answers, guidance or any help. Money they do take.

How inorganized! I got contacted via email to arrange a viewing with the current tenant of an apartment. I contacted the tenant right away and did not hear back. And then I called Newsec only to be told that the first email was a mistake by an employee and the apartment was already shown and reserved. So not only they gave away contact info of the current tenant, but also let so many people hanging without informing about the mistake. And if this is the way they manage things before signing the contract, I wonder what is the case when they have received the deposit and something happens with the lease and needs fixing. Such a bad experience !

AVOID! The multiple negative reviews are not by coincidence. Staff do not respond to emails - never mind getting a resolution, you will be lucky to get a response. Still waiting for problems and defects identified during the move in to be rectified. The only positive I can give is that they are consistent in sending invoices/bills for monthly rent, so the lack of communication is not a complete failure. I can only assume Newsec are still in business due to the ultra competitive rental market in Denmark, and not due to attention to customer service and care. For those reading the review, I strongly recommend you avoid unless this "property management company" is your absolute last resort.

Never have I ever had such an unprofessional contact for housing. The agent is unreactive, promising stuff just to ghost me for a week and get back with an "oopsie, that is actually rented out". Did not suggest an alternative either, basically an overpaid chatbot. How y'all still in business with such a terrible customer service?

There are some problems I have after moving into the new apartment. I have called them over and over again trying to solve the problem, but never reached the right person that was responsible to my case. People kept kicking the ball to others. Staff there should devote more to their job. Come on let's be professional!

Literally baffled of how poor their customer service is. They ignore your emails for days, then they are mocking you in the reply. On top of that, they take every chance they get to "legally" increase your rent. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them.

No follow up from the consultant even though I contacted the consultant by email, mobile and phone. Update: The consultant explained the situation but there should be a better follow up

I opted for Newsec while renting out a house in CPH. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to leave the country. I stayed in the rented house for 3 months only. Newsec has deducted almost 80% of my deposit money for "renovations" and what not. Never had such a bad experience in my life. It is a scam. Do not opt for this.

Very hard to get in touch with. The website it’s almost impossible to navigate. Been staying in their apartments , left the flat in impeccably condition, however I only got 10% of my deposit back.

If it carries on, maybe we should call Kommune to audit your property management - almost a month and garbage is accumulating at Siljangade residence because you did not pay. Take action.
