The Bali Wellness Retreat team were incredible with our group. We got caught on the island during the pandemic and they did everything in their capacity to make sure we were all safe. They acted out of integrity and made sure we got home despite that borders were shutting down and flights were cancelled. Once again...thank you!

A year prior to our Holistic Wellness Conference with 75 participants around the world, we had already found a venue. 2 months prior to the date that the conference was to start, we got notice that the venue would not be able to receive us in results of permit issues that the local government had imposed. With over 50% of our participant who had already purchased their plane tickets, we were in a frazzle of stress. We started desperately contacting DMS, retreat organizers, venues etc. We must have reached out to at least 10 different options. Many were either slow in responding to our e-mail messages, or we simply could not fully comprehend their English, since we ourselves, are only fluent in that language. Thank goodness we found Bali Wellness Retreat! They responded to our e-mails with promptness, they were fluent in English, and within a week, were able to find a substitute venue for our conference to take place...while remaining in the same budget. 😌 What a relief!! Once on the ground, the Bali Wellness Retreat & Jewel Indonesia team handled everything impeccable! From transportation, excursions, meals, gift bags, staff, everything that a professional DMC would provide...all performed with great service! They were EXTREMELY knowledgeable about Bali to the point that they were also able to guide and assist us in obtaining the proper visas required for our activity. We are eternally grateful for their assistance and for rectifying what could have been a tremendous downfall. We look forward to working with them again in 2020, when they have expanded their services to Latin America. Thank you once again!!!

We are delighted with the assistance of Bali Wellness Retreat. We host 'sound healing' retreats mostly in Europe and decided to venture to Bali. We require retreat centers where group sessions can be held in an area where the acoustics of our equipment vibrates at their optimal level so to have the healing effect on our participants. After a Skype call with one of the coordinators from Bali Wellness Retreat, we had a short list of venues that fitted our requirements. All communication prior to the retreat was responded promptly. Once on the ground, their team made sure all services agreed upon were proved as requested, so that we did not have to worry about anything, but the well being of our participants. We were so satisfied with their services, that we are now making plans to continue using their services in Latin America, where they have started expanding their services.

We would like to share our gratitude with Bali Wellness Retreat & Yoga Travel. We decided to travel from India to Bali with our Guru. We had a group of 60 people and we hosted an intensive Silent Meditation retreat for 1 month. There was a lot of logistics to be covered and we would not have been able to do this all by ourselves, since this was our first retreat in Bali.
