We had been communicating with Rido for a couple of months before we came to Lombok for planning and arranging our trip. Rido was very informative and helpful with our questions and requests. From the moment we landed in Lombok Airport, we were treated as super VIP (felt like a superstar for a moment), he and his buddy Dewa were very welcoming, accomodating and friendly. The way the three day tour was organised was very well thought out from the waterfall to the snorkling. Their photography & video skills were second to none (they should charge extra for that 📸📽 haha) We would have have no problem reccomending these guys to our friends (even encourage them to take the experience we had). We had such a great experience with Rido. We utilized his taxi service for two important transfers. We were about to leave Gili Air heading to Bangsal on main Lombok island and hadn't booked a taxi. I quickly Googled a few operators and came upon Rido's company. He organized a driver to pick us up from the port, all within about 30 minutes. Our next trip was a 06:00 am airport transfer. Googled to look for airport transfer and private speed boat to Gili..and chanced upon Rido...Such a great guy and offered reasonable rates...met him personaly ..speaks well and knowlegable and recommend hotels and restaurants and bars and all was good. We had a really good trip with Rido and his friend. They drove us all the way from Kuta Lombok to our place in sumbawa maluk. We took the local ferry from pelabuhan kayangan to pototano. It was 350k per person for the whole trip. Thank you again for the nice time.

Just got back from a great vacation thanks to Rido and team. Everything was taken care of perfectly even when we needed to change up plans last minute. My experience with Rido was the best I could expect in Lombok! He organized a beautiful island hopping tour with snorkelling of the corals, tropical fish including Nemo! We stopped at two beautiful beaches for lunch and a couple of beers, crystal clear water and white sand 😍 During the journeys by car he told the history of the places, he is very knowledgeable and I recommend it! Rido was the reason our trip was such a success. I reached out to him in February for a June trip. We didn’t quiet have an itinerary together but we told him ideas of what we wanted to do and where we wanted to go. He came back with a few options and then continued to follow up. As we started to finalize our plans, I was worried he wouldn’t know people on the other islands or be able to recommend places to eat or stay but he was able to. He arranged a driver for us on mainland Bali and checked in on us at each destination on our trip. We never made it to his island of Lombok but he chartered a boat to us for the day at another island so we could snorkeling and site seeing. He was very professional and super reliable. I highly recommend anyone going to Bali, contact him to help arrange travel. He’s more than just the Lombok tour guide!
