Penebel District Community Health Center (Puskesmas), this Puskesmas has good service, standard Puskesmas facilities with various kinds of polyclinics such as elderly & disabled pol., general pol., dental and oral pol. and KIA. There is also a laboratory, emergency room and inpatient unit.

The staff there really don't help with the problems the patient is experiencing, but instead they give him inappropriate medicine and even provoke other people to make things difficult for the patient... In order to get better quickly, he doesn't get better, he loses out on high school but his behavior is bad...

Please improve your service at counter 1 for non-elderly patients. The staff were very curt and harsh when answering questions from patients and also always had a sullen face.

To the management of UPTD Penebel I Community Health Center, My name is Tia. I came here on January 10 2022 at 9.45 WITA. I came with the aim of seeing an ENT doctor. When I arrived, I was very surprised and disappointed with the customer service staff on duty at the front, who I found out was called MIRA. I asked if there was an ENT doctor who practiced at the community health center here and he answered with one word "no". I asked further how I could get a referral to health facility 2 because there was no ENT doctor (which is where I thought because my goal was ENT, I had to get a referral to a hospital from an ENT doctor but it turned out I could get a referral from a general practitioner) and Ms. Mira This explains it in super short language and even I can't understand it. In addition, the answer was answered with a very harsh tone and intonation, which as a customer service service should not be like that. Even when taking the queue number, he seemed to be scolding me because I took the wrong queue where I should have taken the GENERAL queue but instead I took the queue for PREGNANT women (because I thought there was a special queue number for pregnant women). As a member of society, I expected friendly service but instead received unpleasant treatment. I hope that management can give a warning to the staff named Mrs. MiRA to do a better job as customer service. And I'm not the only one experiencing this because there are men waiting to share the same experience. This man also told me that MIRA's mother reprimanded him when taking the queue number in a very unfriendly tone and attitude (very bitchy with only 1-2 words of language). I am just telling my experience and hope that there will be better service improvements from the puskesmas. Thank You. Regards, Tia

The family came on Saturday sick to the emergency room and didn't dare to have an examination because the doctor on duty wasn't there, it was Monday. The suggestion is that the emergency room always has a doctor on duty who is always on site

My advice is that if someone is taken to the IRD who is dying, it would be better to help them carry a wheelchair, don't even look, even though there are lots of officers at the IRD, they're not alert enough to say that there are already a lot of them. I've seen the reviews in the comments, but it's still the same, no progress, please help Please make it even better, this will serve the community

Those who guard the counter are not taught how to be friendly, so if you can't be friendly, at least don't get angry because only the patients don't understand, the service is very bad, the counter staff are not looking for someone with ethical education.
