رسالة الى إدارة المجمع. تجربة سيئة بعد الزيارة الاولى و السبب يعود الى كان يوجد لدي موعد على الساعه ٢ ظهرا و كان وقت وصولي قبل الموعد و اتفاجئ بتاخر لمدة ساعة تقريبا. وبعد الانتظار الطويل تم ادخال مريض اخر وعند سؤال تم اجابتي بغرض الاستشارة ولكن هذا لا يعقل. لم يكن هناك اي احترام او تقدير لوقت المريض. ارجوا منكم تفقد المشكله و حلها ولكم جزيل الشكر.

تجربتي كانت جدا ممتازه ركبت عندهم ٤ أسنان عند الدكتور إبراهيم تعامل ممتاز الدكتور خلوق ويده خفيفه وناوي ارجع اكمل عنده واوصي اي عزيز يجي عنده بكل امانه . اما الاستقبال والمحاسبه والله ناس قمه بالاحترام والأخلاق تعامل واستقبال . ويتم تذكيرك بموعدك بنفس يوم الموعد برساله على الواتس واذا ارسلت يردوا عليك بأسرع وقت مافي تأخير وتحس ان في اهتمام بالمريض بشكل كبير تجربه شخصيه اما المبلغ ٢٤٠٠ ريال مع العلم ان كان عندي تركيبه قديمه ومسببه لي مشاكل ويحتاج تنظيف وحشو عصب اعتقد لكذا المبلغ ٢٤٠٠ ريال والله يوفق الجميع .

I visited the branch of the Aji Dental Complex in Tabuk, opened a file, did a dental cleaning, and they had a good, honest offer on teeth whitening with German technology. I scheduled an appointment for the first week. The doctor apologized and did not give me any news. They advised me to go to the clinic in vain without apologizing or sending a message. The next week, I booked an appointment and went. They said that the order had not been received. We would make you a filling for the blackened tooth to match the other teeth. Then we would set a second appointment so that the order would come next week. I went the following week and they also said that the order would not come. Give us your number, and if it arrives. We request that we communicate with you and are not punctual in their appointments. Come to the appointment and fear that half an hour later they will make you wait until you hate yourself. For God's sake, a complex the size of Ivory Coast with its reputation and branches around the Kingdom is not able to provide the order for a period exceeding three weeks. It is not reasonable and they are not able to adhere to the timing of appointments. This is something strange and not popular with them. Through my bad experience with them, I do not recommend visiting them. I swear to God, I am the Grantor of success.

المجمع بشكل عام نظيف جدا ومرتب فتح الملف والاستشاره مجاني عملت حشوة دائمه للضرس عند الدكتور ساهر اقسم بالله العظيم انه عملي التنظيف والحشوه ومن خفت يد هذ الدكتور لم اصدق اني عملتها الدكتور ساهر ممتاز جدا انصح اللي يجي المجمع يروح لهذا الدكتور اعطيه ممتاز شكر من القلب الدكتور ساهر ارجو من ادارة المجمع تكريمه ومنحه شهادة شكر

بعد٣أسابيع او ٤أسابيع من العلاج مع دكتورتي منال أشكرها من كل قلبي والله يجزاها عني خير الجزاء يآآآرب أبدا ماقصرت معي تحملت خوفي من الإبر وتعب لثتي اللي كان من علاجات فاشله سابقه تخلع الضرس وأنا ماأصدق انها خلصت ماشاءالله من خفت يدهاإنسانه قممممه بالطيبه وقممممه بإنسانيتها وجدا جدامحترفه حقيقي ماتخيلت النتيجه اللي وصلت لها الحمممدلله يآرب، وكل الشكر لموظفات الإستقبال كلهم ذوق ولإدارة مجمع عاجي لطب الأسنان...

أول زيارة و تجربة لمركز عاجي المهيدب لطب الأسنان ، مركز مميز ، استقبال مُتعاون ، أطباء رائعين .. فتح الملف و الكشف مجاناً و الأشعة مجاناً .. كل الشكر لهم وللدكتور شحاته رمضان .. أوصي .

بقول تجربتيي بعد ماخلصت تركيب .. انا سويت ١٦ سن ب٦ الالف عند دكتور احمد يده تنلف بحرير ماشاءالله وانسان خلوق واضح فاهم ششغله والحمدالله ماندمت شغل نظيف وعيادة نظيفه والاستقبال ماشاءالله يفتحون النفس وبالنسبه للمواعيد تجي ع موعدك تدخلي ع طول يعني بدون تاخير وهذا احلى شي صراحه بالعياده 🫶الف شكر لكم والحمدالله اختيار موفق

انصح فيه من ناحيه الأسعار كويسه وشغلهم للامانه ماندمت اني دفعت ريال واحد يستحقون الأفضل وارقى مجمع ، والشكر لله ثم لدكتور احمد سليم ، على رقيه وخفة يده وحسن تعامله

تاخير دائم من الاطباء المستوصف يفتح ولايوجد ولا طبيب الا الان سوا الاستقبال فقط كذا مرا ادخل المستوصف معاناه اقسم بالله عشاني تورطت وركبت ابتسامه عندهم الدكتور لازم يتاخر عليك واقسم بالله ولا مره جاء على الموعد

ماشاالله المستوصف ممتاز والدكتور محمد حسين جدا جدا رائع انصحكم فيه وخدمه الاخ عمرو فوق الخيال

تجربه سيئه جدا ذهبت لتنظيف الاسنان عند الدكتور السوري سوالي تنظيف للاسنان السفليه ولم يكمل التنظيف وكان مستواه في التنظيف جدا سيء وقال لي تعال في يوم اخر لاكمل لك التنظيف لان دخلتك مكان زبون اخر

انا جيت وقت عروض التأسيس كان تنظيف الاسنان ب٩٣ وتجيب معك شخص مجاني ، للأمانة كستقبال تعاملهم جداً رائع والدكتور ايضاً كان اول مره اجربهم وكان جميل جداً شغلهم وشكراً

صراحة مستوصف رهيب جداً جداً من جميع النواحي اخص بالذات الدكتور زبير (اسنان) رائع جداً ويده خفيفه شلت اعصاب وركبت تركيبه ولا حسيت بوجع ابداً واخص الشكر تعامل المحاسب عمّر قمة بالاخلاق

مركز متكامل نظافة رقي في التعامل موظفين استقبال قمة في الاحترافية والتعامل الراقي والمحاسبين طاقم كامل ممتاز واخص بالذكر الدكتور احمد مصطفى والدكتور زبير الله يعطيهم العافية على اخلاصهم في العمل ورقي اخلاقهم وتعاملهم الله يوفقهم ويجزاهم خير ومدينة تبوك تستاهل مركز وطاقم راقي بهذا المستوى 👏👏

The last thing he said, “Don’t come to me when you have pain, and don’t give me an antibiotic or a painkiller.” He died and went to Dr. Maher Wajih, may God grant him success In Stosuf Al-Manara, it was seized in two sessions within 3 days

I had braces with Dr. Mustafa. I had a tilted face due to a previous failed orthodontic experience. I was complicated and hated my appearance. To be honest, I had braces with him. After 6 months, my face was corrected, and the rest of the time I was following the treatment plan. It was not over. I regretted the days that passed that I had not put it in early. My Lord.
