    The building is wonderful and the cleanliness is excellent, but the outpatient clinics in the specialist in the city of Tabuk are criticized. The waiting period is long, it takes hours to enter the clinic, and appointments are also not available and take several long months to see the doctor in all clinic departments. This is a negative indicator for the patient. I hope we find a solution to facilitate appointments so that the patient can receive adequate treatment.

    The doctor arrived at 8 and 50 minutes. I entered the heart clinic and started reading the file. He received a phone call. The duration of the call was longer than the time of the examination. This is calculated from my time and the time of the patients. After me, there is lack of modesty and disdain for the patients???

    The medical records employees opened the file. Their reception and treatment were kind and did not take a few minutes. Thank you to our daughters, may God make them happy.

    I mean, despite the many written criticisms, we see that there is no improvement at all. The employees, each one speaks out of his mouth, does not want to work, and does not perform his job in the desired manner. If you come to book an appointment, he says yes, but a call comes and he makes an appointment in front of you and says, “So-and-so, you have received the appointment.” But, God willing, notifications. Be honest and consistent with the hospital director

    Outpatient clinic appointments are very bad. My mother had an appointment at 10:45 and we came 15 minutes before the appointment. She took a number and gave it to the nurse. She told me to wait for almost two hours. Why wait when I respected your appointments and came at the same time... very bad organization.
