Waitting for about 35 min for taking my order, Also, order sunday ice cream with extra choclate they give me the regular one and said this is with extra choclate 🤬🤬 Your branch in Tabouk near to Altazj resturant When i go to replace my promo on application they said it's in rhyadh (treating people like they r stupid) while evey body know he dosnt want to call the super visor to open the system for him

Bad experience in ordering food at family section. No curtains and no privacy at family section. Food quality was good as every McD. As there were many customers lined up and good business, they can improve in mentioned comments.

Order triple cheese burger takeaway give 2 cheese only???, staff eat my cheese!!!! Staff said only 2 cheese for triple cheese burger! What a liar!!!

I went to McDonald’s around the world even around KSA I never seen worst than the service in this branch It took 35 mins to get my order ready and before the cashier refuse to took my order and said go to self service Not McDonald’s at all I am shocked and disappointed

However the building can be one of the most modern designs
