Bad drive thru service!!

Light on pocket as always, for me fish o fillet burger is the best, soft bun and crunchy fillet patty. Icecream/cones are all time favorite. Angus beef not upto the mark, the bbq sauce/flavour is so strong that the patty itself loose its taste.

Worst branch in the Kingdom. Burgers had no taste at all. Seems that we bought 2 Riyals burger from street. Chicken strip were like hard rubber. Better to sleep empty stomach than to waste your money here. Bangali guy on cash counter had worst behavior 😑

Great Saudi salesman; friendly smiling and helpful.. and coffee is always good 👍🏻 N.B.: I tried to rate my visit to appreciate the gentleman your website is not that friendly or accessible via the provided QR code.. work on this Your toilets need maintenance and some attention.

Not good for delivery boys vary cheap behavior. Security guard work inside this macdonald branch.

Bad services very slow operation and the management of this branch they cheat the company to get the bonuses.

Very worst experience the employee haven't Mannar for customers I will give it 0 if it's possible

Everytime when I come to this Mc branch the service is very late I think here we will get wasting of our time..better visit other branch..

We ordered at the hunger station at Mcdonalds and according to the receipt its branch is at Makan Mall, Tabuk KSA, Our order is 2 large meal triple cheese burgers and 1 additional large fries and 1 mc flurry and 6 pcs Nuggets, we requested for extra ketchup but only two pieces of ketchup were given.. and you know what this is twice happend we experience in the same branch.. and to make matters worse, the fries was only half of the box and were very cold and the chicken nuggets were very hard like a stone in hardness and cold too... is this really how mcdonalds service is.. Totaly bad, we did not enjoy our food... from now on we will not order or eat mcdonalds.. Never..
