The coleslaw was not up to it's standards. I could have made better coleslaw. This branch does not live up to it's reputation. The drinks we got, had more soda compare to the Pepsi. Felt like having just soda. I was not expecting this. I went to few branches of KFC around the world. This was one didn't even feel like KFC. Another customer who was in line with ordered 3 Pepsi take way. After taking the parcel, while he was heading out. The package tore down due to poor packaging by the employees and all the drinks fell on the floor.

Today after a very long time visited KFC, worst experience ever no child seat no mayonnaise just ketchup and while ordering medium basket they only gave 5 or 6 ketchup. Cashier female was not experienced, while paying. Worst toilets, so dirty that no one wants to see either. Kids play section was closed. Not recommended at all, I believe Broast local shops do have better taste and price. Wasted my money.

I ordered two of the dynamite burger which is my favorite but there was no hash brown which ruined the experience and didn't taste as expected. When I went back to ask the person who took my order, he said "sorry we ran out of hash browns" . For some reason they decided not to tell me that before I ordered. Seems very unprofessional. The restaurant is good , but this specific branch is not , one of the cashiers went out and suddenly the other one locked the door so he wouldn’t get orders from inside (apparently he only covered drive thru) , even though we were inside eating our lunch peacefully , and we were locked in and after a shouting multiple times he came to open the door so we can go ! In my life I never seen a restaurant looking there customers in! I don’t blame the worker , I mean how do you run a busy fast restaurant with only one person working as a cashier and cooking at the same time ! Either close the branch or get someone else to help !
