For the amount of employees it’s shocking how slow the service is, we were the only customers in the branch and it still took a little under 25 minutes for our food to be prepared. Even with all that time taken, the fries weren’t the least bit fresh. They also messed up my sisters order and couldn’t confirm that it was mixed up because they took my receipt and threw it out. The temperature of the establishment is inhuman, i am wearing two layers and i still feel cold. Lastly, the washroom is disgusting to say the least. The stench is vile and there is tissue stuck to the toilet, along with dirty water all over the ground. I am disturbed by this branch. Do not visit for dining in.

Staff unprofessional , they serve cold meal at their front desk and not willing to fix the mistake ….very very bad branch

Slowest drive through I ever been too .. 40+ minutes to get a Big Mac meal !!!!! In afternoon.. something is off about this branch ..

Only one option for kids meal gift, we are looking for mario different toy 😑 only reason to buy kids meal..

Saw tons of people ordering on the machine and getting their food but they saw I only ordered ice cream so they said "their machine is closed and you should return 2 hours later just because they didn't want to serve me. I saw 2 people order before and they didn't tell them anything and gave them their food. Terrible service

Extremely slow drive through. Mc in the western region is generally trash unlike the central region branches.

The Worst McDonald branch in the whole world for real , the service is slow , drive thru all the time full and the employees never find a smooth way to finish all the order in the other side you’ll find hundreds of sandwiches and meals waiting to handle to the customer and for sure cold and sucks

The Drive thru service was not good. It took us 45 mins for just small order. Slow service and doesn't take dine in orders during peak hours.

Service is very slow. Took 25 minutes to complete. I only order 1 sausage, egg, cheese muffin sandwich meal. WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN. NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENED.

What’s expected from Mc, Good food for the price. Workers in the drive-through section are very polite and smiling.
