Rooms are dirty. Linen look like somebody slept on it already,with dirty spots. Hair everywhere, bathroom is just disgusting, again hair on the floor, in the sink on the toilet bowl, dirty toilet bowl in general, everything is spotty. Food is another topic here. You order one thing and they bring you completely different,without even informing. Food by itself same disgusting like the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The worst hotel I’ve ever been. And I travel a lot.

It doesn't smell good in the rooms and it's old. There was a lot of stain on the carpet too.

Absolutely laid back staff who dont hav any sense of urgency especially the ones at reception. Requests are ignored inspite of telling them about the duration of stay which clearly demonstrated how careless they cater towards the needs of their customers. Inspite of being patient for over 2 days i was asked to wait for my request. On day 3 i was told to go to my room and they will call me in 10 minutes. I waited for over 10 mins after a very long day and went down again at reception where i was asked to wait. After waiting there for approximately 15 minutes i was ignored. Eventually i rest my case and came back to my room. Horrible experience!! Will certainly not recommend.

Had our company training today 06/10/2021 and we only had used the meeting room. Place is clean, staff is welcoming. Reasonably priced. Please book early if you want to get a nice experience without breaking your wallet. (Me!)

My wish and dream is to work in a 3 star, 4 star or 5 star hotel.

Good hotel with professional staff. Neat clear room and regularly sanitized… reception people are cooperative. Breakfast buffet not available but can have single serving

To br fair I am used to stay at 4 and 5 stars hotels. My judgement here could be questioned. Anyhow, here is my view: 1. Cleanliness is below average. They do clean the room but the carpets look dirty 2. I booked through booking and it turned out my room is not available. I waited for an hour to have my room ready. 3. The cafe shop downstairs tried to overcharge me, when I asked for a receipt.. he couldn't justified his price and ended up not paying the exaggerated cost. 4. The staff in general are really helpful and friendly. 5 stars for them.

The company booked me a premium king room - bar, a spacious room, with free water, tea and coffee. However, the shower room has no door so all water goes to the toilet area. Needs to improve their shower area. Overall, it is a nice but small hotel, and staff are accommodating and friendly.

The rooms and service is good but the only problem I have is the cleanliness I found hair on my bed and bathroom floor, stains on bed and floor, chair in room is full of stains. But other then the cleanliness everything is good I would recommend the hotel if your on a budget

I had the most amazing stay here at this beautiful hotel recently ..The reception staff were very professional and extremely helpful...The staff at the hotel's restaurant absolutely friendly and provided beautiful dining experiences with most delicious foods and drinks for breakfast,lunch and dinner...The room was very comfortable ,smart and clean and the housekeeping did an amazing job..I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Tabuk City.The hotel is in a ideal location with plenty of shopping opportunities nearby..centrallylocated..really lovely..The price is affordable...Thanks to all the wonderful staff for my beautiful stay at the hotel...Stunning
