Fantastic staff! The reception team were really helpful and welcoming. They are the best thing in this hotel otherwise it needs lots of improvements. Room looked very old. It was also smelly. Worn furniture. Bathroom was really bad and unclean as it should be. The lounge was good. Food was not bad. Room service was unprofessional and they don't have most of menue options. It has great view. I also found a bug on the bed which indicates the uncleanness.

We stayed in a 2 bed room apartment with one wash room and 1 living room. Very spacious and clean. Centrally located. Food is ok nothing special. Best thing is that rooms are very clean and staff is nice.

The room was good but the internet didn't reach the bedrooms only the living room had internet. The staff weren't the best, they were a little harsh. The breakfast was normal. The most amazing thing is the view of the garden from the window... it was amazing at night.

It's a OK quality hotel. Not much good, not much bad. Not good value for money. Bring your own power strip since they don't provide any! Noisy place

The room has a foul smell. I had to ask housekeeping to spray room freshener at mid night

النظافه ومستوى الخدمات سيئ ، الفطور كان جدا سيئ وقديم . الغرف لابأس بها من ناحيه المساحه والراحه لكن الحمامات متهالكه وقديمه. مايستاهل القيمه اللي طالبينها. The quality of the services and the cleanness of the rooms was very poor. The the breakfast experience was very bad there is no much varieties of food and it seems old. The room area was good and the bedrooms was excellent the issue was with the bathroom it very old, not clean and need maintenance.

Not very nice place, price is okay but staff not professional, noice all the time from cleaning and carts TVs are not working, and the ppl in the reception gave us wrong check out time and about to charge us half night for that The cards to open the room not working every time a get to my room I have to travel back to the reception to re activate the card

Good value for money for the hotel rate..Room very Clean and spacious, breakfast is good with the view towards the street a d a park from above..will be better if only they put separations inside the bathroom to make it always dry..

The facility was acceptable for a couple of nights. The front desk personnel we're courteous. The sidewalk leading to the hotel needed more frequent maintenance. Bird waste covered the sidewalk and was tracked into the hotel.

Normal clean .... My friends room have some hair in the tub.. Parking is ok... No dedicated parking. Price is very higher than facilities. The amenities was very good. Staff behavior was very good. Lift was awful and old. Area is quite and good.. But Landry and supermarket in walking distance Didn't find good option at the time of our visit. Usually Tabuk hotels are unnecessary expensive

Lobby AC was not working ,waiter didn't even come to take orders very bad service

Hotel and room was very good and clean. Exept Hot water facility was not in the room. Front desk staff is very slow.
