Very nice hotel and the new rooms are really exceptional, the reception is much kind, the service is excellent, and the place is very quiet to get rest. The hotel gym has all the equipment that you need and the out door swimming pool is very clean.

I went there for a business trip since I had work in NEOM. The hotel is clean, neat and cozy, they have a nice terrace with restaurant and shisha. It is around 10 min away from the airport. Not much within walking distance. However it is around 2 hours drive from NEOM community 1. So consider this if you are visiting NEOM as we had to leave at 7 AM every day to make it to the 9 AM meetings.

Very nice hotel with good quality rooms and excellent restaurant. Breakfast is super nice and has multiple options. Good gym and real Finnish Harvia sauna! Service is good and staff is really professional and helpful.

It was an excellent experience. Room was spacious and super clean. Staff were above and beyond, very welcoming and friendly. Parking lot is spacious. Quality of AC is a little issue as well as hot water in bathroom. Other than that, a wonderful hotel that can assure a pleasant stay.

We stay at the new extension, we book a suite, sitting with kitchenettes, sofa bed, WC, and a king-size bed with a full bathroom, still brand new and still some small items missing, but it's a very nice suite and very quiet area.

A basic IHG with very little to shout about. On the plus side it offers clean rooms with a decent bathroom, the reception and room service team are super freindly and helpful and the sound proofing was actually really good However the room was dark with very little natural light, there is very little in the way of TV channels nor is the TV capable of mirroring or receiving a cast from your phone, housekeeping did not refresh the room nor replace the water and the food ordered from room service was really not good.. I would stay there again as my expectations are set now.

I don’t have a single bad thing to say about this hotel, I stayed there for a weekend and the staff has been nothing but helpful. Rooms were clean, food was arrived quickly and was fine. Quiet environment. Lovely for a short stay. I loved the prayer room as well.
