Rude unhelpful staff. 1st thing when I've arrived they tried to make me pay more than the online booking price. They didn't bother to escort me to the room. Bad facilities, refrigerator not working, TV receiver not working, dirty smelly beds, no trash in the room. Man, at least put an electric kettle in the kitchen. That was a horrible experience.

We stayed here one night...Average accommodation enough for bachelor and family travellers... But not recommended to who want to enjoy their stay a lot This is a budget accommodation.

I have never seen something like this. Cockroaches. Everything was dirty. The bed was all stained. I booked this just for a few hours but couldn't cope. Most horrible place I have ever seen.

very bad experience in this hotel. the toilet was in an extremely bad condition with smell coming to the bedroom. the room was infested with cockroaches. the staff was friendly and location was excellent.

I have history of staying in aleairy apartments. This is much worse.. I have always preferred aleairy over others but in tabuk this apartments lift doesn't work well, very unhelpful staff and washrooms are pathetic.

Neat & clean hotel, also affordable. staff is friendly. con: no Pakistani or indian restaurant near.

I waited for someone to come on the information desk and after quiet a while an employee came who was not very helpful

Only sleeping 1 person is good. To much old. Bath is to much baad.
