It's ridiculous that you have to wait for more than 10 min to get a cup of coffee in the morning!! It's called fast food for a reason. Management doesn't seem to bother to add extra staff to help expedite order processing.

Well, I am kind of a person who loves to dine in. However, sometimes it becomes inevitable to use the drive through option. The only problem here I find while using the drive through is the amount of condiments. Unlike the McDonald's drive through in the USA or in Canada, here you need to check the packet before you leave the counter. You might find something is either missing or much less in amoumt/number.

Very poor service, nobody cares to attend or clarify our request.The machine which we need to order is also not working and at the counter no one there .,if you call also nobody will come attend the customers..Regarding the cleanliness ,it is very very very worst.,especially the toilets. We were travelling from Jordan to Riyadh through Tabuk and we thought to refresh ourselves in McDonald's but it was very disappointing.
