A very bad security & worst reception ever We were denied entry with our family due to holding a pop corn at the gate ! Then security asked us to get approval from the management who refused to show up to the gate ! Really as a guest we have to report to management office ! A very bad Experince , a very bad welcome Ruined the entire visit to Tabuk Thanks to Shorouk from the customer service who managed to let us in finally.

Food is just OKAY - not much variety of choices & Not worth it for its price. We actually ordered beef burger but they served chicken. My other order also was not served, followed it up and they served a different one. Ambience is fairly good, the lounges are cozy and nice for the camera. Play area are good for the children but they need to maintain overall for the cleanliness of this area

Nice place and cozy

We came on a Friday morning as it is supposed to be open at 10 am. The place was open and the fountains were working, but we didn't find any person inside. I don't know where the employees vanished. We left!!

Enjoyed my visit to the lounge had a very warm and cosy feel. Especially liked that theres a range of seating options each of which were comfortable. The view and catering also surpased my expectations i'd recommend visiting during colder weather to get the most of the experience.

The atmosphere is good only if you like to have sheesha. Rest of the items still needs improvement

Disgusting service with a really bad attitude. Waited 45 minutes for our order and at the end they said we had to change our order. Then we waited another 25 minutes for just fries! They served us with bad attitude.

Go there if you'd like to enjoy the area and the greenery. However, the cuisine is disastrous there. Tasteless, low-quality, and expensive.

The place was great & very inviting only the menu you have to order inside no barcode on each table then the food no much to choose varieties and it’s very common I guess they should upgrade it to match to them classy name and place the price also little high almost same price of those well known Coffe shops but the food was just ordinary.

Excellent families destination playing area for your children's paid for sure by hour or full day worth the amount you pay food and shisha are good as well slow service even when it's not really busy otherwise everything was fine

the food takes more than an hour. We just ordered a burger which doesn’t take a lot to make and the service is so bad and they’re so cold and rude
