Lat week I purchased more than 150 items at the Homebox store in Tabuk. Fahd and his team kept the shop open for an extra 2+ hours to count and pack all the delicate items carefully. The service was excellent and I will definitely go there again

Lovely shop, we have spent thousands of Sr in there in the last couple of months however, the cashiers treat me like a second class citizen. A few weeks ago, I was in a queue and the cashiers served everyone else, even the customers behind me, first. Then on Tuesday evening, the cashier snatched the payment from me and gave me a horrible glare. I don't expect to be treated in this way by anyone. We are living here as my Husband is doing a very important job here. I show others respect and expect it to be reciprocated. You will lose custom from all westerners if this continues!

Nice place, but i have worst experience ever to there staff, Their cart are not allowed to bring outside the store when i have lot of large size of things need to cary by a cart to bring it into my car😢😢😢. I'm not satisfied with your care home box.

The worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed!!! I have purchased a living room set ( couches) last week. However, the sales rep put in the wrong mobile number. I called customer service to change the number and they told me they can’t change the phone number and I have to go to the store in order to change it. I went to the store as instructed. But the manager and sales reps were not able to assist me since the invoice is not showing in the system for some reason. My delivery was scheduled for today during evening hours and still no contact was made by anyone until now and my invoice is still not showing in the system.
