What in the world is going on at this place? If you have children, I would NOT recommend staying here at all. Even the non smoking rooms smell like cigarettes, just horrible. Just spend the extra money and go to comfort inn. And why is the deposit more than the actual room? There definitely shouldn't be a deposit, considering the conditions of the rooms. The econo in Fife is even better than this one. Hosmer is a mess. I feel bad for the employees here

When I got to my room the toilet had already been used! First bad sign... Window in room was wide open with no screen on the second floor which seems quite unsafe. Hours later when I go bed I noticed the bed bugs!! Take pics and go to complain at the office. Front desk clerk was very nice but the manager was horrible. She didn't speak to me or acknowledge my presence she only talked to the staff about me like I wasn't standing right there. After calling her on that she had an attitude and gave me a hard time about processing my refund. And she had the nerve to accuse me of being contaminated since I was in that room! It wasn't my fault the bed bugs were there!! Never going back there again. Bad customer service especially from a manager says a lot about their lack of professionalism.

Worst experience ever. Me and 3 friends checked into a hotel room here. My friends are military, we all work, and are upstanding members of society. We behaved well, did not make mess or noise. They knew how many of us there was and said nothing bad about it. One lady offered to put us into a different with 2 queen beds so we can sleep more comfortably. Then randomly the manager tells us we need to get out, because we have too many in the room. He also refused to refund us! We never hid how many people there where, and it wasn't a problem when we where paying and telling them our situation! Also the rooms where dirty, smelly, and the bed had blood stains.

Room was run down. Phone and television not working. No soap, shampoo, or even toliet paper in room we had to ask at desk for it. Light fixture dangling from ceiling and fire alarm beeping all night. No shower head. Lots of traffic and yelling all hours of night.

Will say photos of office, lobby, and rooms was NOT what I experienced on my stay on 1/28/21. Had to go to nearby Quality in to check in as Econo Lodge office was closed. To check in had to make a $100 cash damage deposit. To say I got a room with a bed, bath and toilet about it. Had heat but heater cover was broke and control knob was missing to control operation. Had wood (no carpeting) floor in the entire room and it had not been cleaned. Had a TV with a remote but not able to use remote as it had no batteries. In bath room the sink had a crack from drain to over flow hole. Lights over sink did not work and plastic cover was badly broken. No place to hang clothes in closet there were no hangers. Had towels to dry after bath but they ripped while trying to dry. Did have a sleeper sofa but no chairs, no house phone, or table to use for work or having a bite to eat. Advertised but did not produce items or replacements for Breakfast, carpet floors or other items shown in photos. Did get damage deposit refunded upon check out but was in total wonderment way require a damage deposit when so much was already in a damage or near damage condition. Brought item up to front desk where I checked into and they did not seem at all surprised on condition or problems. VERY surprised at the 2.5 star rating.

We went to stay over the weekend for class. Upon arrival there were alcohol bottles all around the facility. When checking in the lady advised that even though you reservation stated we didn’t need a deposit lied we need a $100.00 CASH ONLY deposit. When we advised that no where did it state a deposited was needed she proceeded to say we don’t have control over what is posted on the sites you will have to pay it or don’t get your room(everyone knows a hotel/motel puts their requirements she was being petty). We entered the first room and it looked like someone literally just left the room. The bedding was stained. There were cigarette burns on the furniture and bedding, even though they claim to be a smoke free facility. The room stank of cigarette smoke there were holes in the wall, writing on the walls, what appeared to be a blood stain on the wall, the a/c unit was broken and the furniture was damaged. We contacted the front desk to advise the horrible condition the room as in and she stated she would be right there to check it out... IT TOOK HER 45 min to arrive she acted horrified for the conditioned and laughed when we wanted it cleaned or transferred, she advised well I can see if there’s anything available. We went back to the office to be told they only have one room available. She escorted us to the room and took us to the wrong building twice. When we finally found the room it was damaged too. The a/c and the bedding was better but the whole room had damage done. We just settled due to her letting us know to late that we only had an hour to cancel and be refunded but she couldn’t say approx when we would get the money back on the card and they wouldn’t give us the deposit back till the next day at 7am. We advised we have no choice to stay now and she left. The next day we returned from class and our keys didn’t work. They stated they didn’t reset yet she claimed no one entered the room. She advised the day prior the only reason they would reset was it we put them against our phones (understandable) or if they entered with their master key. Well our keys didn’t work they were not placed next to anything and they “claimed” no one entered the room. The door received a large dent as if someone tried to bust it open. The air constantly smelt of weed and the place was a fire hazard of its own. The facility did not even have a trash can in the room we had to go buy one. Upon leaving this morning we were advised we were provided incorrect details we only have 15 min to cancel upon arrive and the new front desk agent was mortified of the images we had. She also advised that the First Lady who checked us in lied by stating there was only one room available. We will not be returning by any means nor will our families.

This hotel is in shambles. Im not even sure it can be called a hotel at this point. To describe it would take too long. So ill simply say STAY FAR AWAY! This is no longer a hotel. More like a squatters paradise and a dangerous place to even turn your car around. How did anyone let it get this way? Update: Seems like they're starting to get the place under some kind of control. Boarding up doors and windows so that rooms can't continue being broken into. Workers have been out there frequently picking up garbage, gating off certain areas and securing things. Still a lot of activity and not somewhere I'd recommend hanging out.

GROSS!!!! I regret not reading the reviews before booking this hotel. Can I give this hotel zero stars? If we weren't so exhausted with a kid in tow, we would have left. First - We had to wear our shoes into the bathroom because the floor was sticky and smelled like old urine. The grout in the shower and on the floor was black from mold. There was a used bar of soap left on the sink. There was dried blood on the walls and mascara all over one of the pillows. The sheets didn't fit the beds. I was so thankful that I'd brought an air mattress for my child. Thankfully, after careful inspection, we determined that there weren't bed bugs - but I wouldn't be surprised if there was. We were told that there was a "complimentary breakfast" from 9am-11am. When the rest of my party went to find it they were told that it had already ended...it was 9:15am. Not that I would have stepped near the pool, but it was also closed for a "remodel" but I see in reviews from a few months ago that it was down for "safety reasons". Do not stay here!!!!

Safes place in Tacoma, love the atmosphere and audiences in each floor, plus the rooms has a fresh smell to trash and smoked bed and blanket. Room service implication yo the manager. Kottos js love the awesome atmosphere 😎 outside, better than television with very weak Unsecured wifi network, great for slammer and 🔨 hammers. Best place to make your life a miserable and crazy stay. Come on in and introduce, invite and have pedestrian be your security for a $5.00 medley of 2 tall boys. Damn, can't wait to not come hers again. Thanks Evelyn and Shon, you made my day when you took my chihuahua out the door and gave to someone else even, though we were told who took them thanks and beware.

its not Econo Lodge no more, because idk why but the quality inn behind it is in charge of all of their rooms that was once upon a time, Econo Lodge. But yeah econo lodge is no more because quality inn is in charge of all the rooms in front of the property and all their rooms behind the hotel in the back.

Don’t stay here, just don’t. Tried to check in three hours after check in and was told I had to wait for clean rooms, waited another half hour and was told I needed to go somewhere else to stay the night but I would not be receiving a refund. Jumped through hoops with a third party to get refunded after the fact. Pictures on Google are not accurate, as the only signage reads, Tacoma Suites and the lobby is only a tiny, dirty room. Was very worried for my safety while waiting in parking lot.

They booked me and knew what time I was going to be there yet the office was closed. Not to mention a bunch of loud crazy people. Yelling stuff at me and revving their engines. There was cars coming and going like it was a bar or restaurant or something. Didnt stay and waiting for a refund.

Always an adventurous time... looking over shoulder, making sure you have a weapon to defend yourself. Basically rules do not apply on this property...

That is a most ghettoest place I have ever seen in my life how can a hotel turn it turn into a apartment that they rent out monthly and there were like four killings there is this like the place where everybody go to get shot up or or 2 od looks like they need to have real police officers monitor that Motel more often or have some real-life Securities not the employees that act like Securities I mean real security

Had a wonderful experience this time. Was not doing well (medically) at check in, asked for something downstairs. Remember, be polite, and persons in customer service jobs will also be polite. Got a room with a kitchenette and king-sized bed. I had no pots & pans so the kitchenette was wasted on me but the bed was great (had booked a single queen). The room was toward the front office: quiet, no racing along the parking area, no flagrant drug use. When I wanted to smoke, I stood outside and smoked. I've stayed here before in a smoking room. Was put in the far building where the appeal was lacking. With all the above mentioned less than appealing activity.

I have a lease at the econo lodges signed my lease in June when unemployment ended in September we started having difficulties paying out rent which is 1495.00 a month well the manager decided she wanted to shut our power off completely she took our heater, refrigerator, and our microwave so now everyday me and my bf sit in the cold of our so called apartment and at night we have to use flash lights to see we don’t eat anything hot and we have to use a cooler to keep anything cold… We applied for rental assistance but it is taking forever to get to us.

If you're easily spooked by gangs of people standing around then this might not be your scene.. although I've never actually had an interaction here that was negative, it can just look a little sketchy. Also the sink flooded and nothing was done about it in a timely manner....
